Why won't the garage door go up? Help, I can't get the car out of the garage! My husband noticed that there was a break in the spring. We called Precision and a repairman was at our home within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair in no time at all. Great service from a professional who knew what he was doing. Very thankful.

We continue to be impressed with the outstanding service we receive from Precision. Twice in the past month we have called for service and have been extremely satisfied. This most recent time we needed a new garage door opener and Eric was our technician. He explained the various options available, then quickly and efficiently installed the opener. He then took the time to explain all the new controls and how to operate them, and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We would be delighted to recommend Precision!

I was very glad to be able to get someone to come to the house on a Sunday morning to replace my garage door opener - my door was stuck in the open position and my emergency release wasn't working! Eric arrived early, was helpful and very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained my options and worked efficiently to get it done so I could get on with my day.

Just had Ron fix our broken door springs and lube the rollers. The door works so much better now. Ron was here at the time he stated and performed a quick repair. It was the reviews on his site that made me call Precision and they weren’t wrong. I’ll happily use Ron and his company again as well as recommend him to friends.

Our new garage door and opener were installed December of 2017 and Precision did have to come back to install the vinyl for the door in January of 2018. From my initial talks with getting a quote through the installation process I could not have been happier. My installer Drew was extremely knowledgeable, talented and helpful with setting up devices. He was very professional throughout the installation. Mary whom I was in contact with for scheduling kept me up to date with timing and availability and worked around any scheduling issues that needed to be addressed.

Great job by Mark Sherman today. Mark was very professional and personable. He explained what the problems were, checked over all parts and did not try to sell parts that were not needed. Mark made adjustments, lubed everything and now the door goes up and down properly. Thanks Mark, I will definitely call again if needed.

Had a problem with garage door not opening completely. problem intermittent. Technician made adjustments and issue resolved. Door was inspected by another garage door company several months ago and said all was ok. Made no adjustments, Door subsequently failed and auto damaged to the tune of $1000.00

Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. I received call backs from other companies for the next days but they were too late. My family will do business with precision and refer our friends as well. Thank you!
