After calling with what I thought was an instillation issue, the tech came to my house and fixed my door. He was polite and showed me the bracket that was used was in fact correct. I was very please with Dave on his knowledge and work that he did to repair our garage door. He was pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Precision for their professional service. My garage door opener failed. My nephew told me to make one call and that was to Precision, the company that he used for service at his new home in 2017. The service technician, Eric, called in advance, even though I was his first customer of the day. Eric listened as I described the issue of the garage door opener fail and as I have detached garage with no other entry point than the door with no key access, Eric was able to lift the door enough to gain entry to the garage. He assessed the issue, gave me options for replacing the 27 year old opener and completed the work within 1.5 hours. In addition, Eric provided me with an added solution by installing a Key Release, which allows manual access as an override to use when the power is out. In addition, Customer Service - excellent. The Customer Service Rep was able to accommodate my schedule when making the appointment.

OUR TECHNICIAN CALLED AHEAD AND GAVE US HIS ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL AND HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME! HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DOOR, TOLD US HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS FINISHED AND DOING PAPERWORK IN 15 MINUTES. GREAT jOB!!
