My garage door is the original with the house…over 60 years old! When a spring broke the other night I ran up to the Home Depot thinking I could buy a new spring and repair it myself. How wrong I was! More complicated than I thought. I called Precision first thing in the morning, they arrived when promised, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and a reasonable price. When it’s time for a new garage door, I will be calling Precision.

Why won't the garage door go up? Help, I can't get the car out of the garage! My husband noticed that there was a break in the spring. Our new garage door and opener were installed December of 2017 and Precision did have to come back to install the vinyl for the door in January of 2018. From my initial talks with getting a quote through the installation process I could not have been happier. My installer Drew was extremely knowledgeable, talented and helpful with setting up devices. He was very professional throughout the installation. Mary whom I was in contact with for scheduling kept me up to date with timing and availability and worked around any scheduling issues that needed to be addressed.

Door was inspected by another garage door company several months ago and said all was ok. Made no adjustments, Door subsequently failed and auto damaged to the tune of $1000.00

Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response.
