Marty did a nice job fixing our garage. Was able to come earlier than scheduled. Recognized he had to replace a part that was replaced a few months earlier so did not charge. All in all very happy

I chose Precision on a friends referral and because they were close by. I appreciated that the service person was prepared to install a new garage door opener and I did need so no time was wasted. I also appreciated him trying to save me money in any way he could. I’m very happy with Precision and I highly recommend them. I give them a 5 star rating

Thank you so much for your immediate response to my garage door concern. Mark came and found that it was most probably just a matter of the door needing to be oiled. He checked it, oiled it and my door is opening and closing. I am very pleased. First time customer but now I know who to call should I have door problems!

Ron came by to give me an estimate and he was very reasonable and told me that he really didn't know the price since the door was a different size than what he was used to I really appreciated his honesty

What great service! Ron came and told me what I needed and what I didn't need. Offered me a quote on the spot. The tech, Dave who came to do the work was thorough, neat and provided all the information needed to operate my system. I will definitely use Precision for any future needs with my garage door.

We called Precision primarily because of its 5-Star rating, but also it’s location. Our technician,Marty, was personable, efficient, made sure the job was done correctly and really seemed to take pride in his work! Big bonus is that the cost to repair our garage door was no where near what we expected it to be. I would highly recommend Precision!

After calling with what I thought was an instillation issue, the tech came to my house and fixed my door. He was polite and showed me the bracket that was used was in fact correct. Even though I gave him a bunch of grief (and I was wrong) he did a great job of fixing my door, was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the service. Turns out he was a N.Y. Giants fan, as am I. We will continue to use your company

Surprised to see someone could come out on Saturday evening to repair my garage door springs. Was great not to have to take time off from work, as i am self employed. Repair Tech was knowledgeable and fast. Awesome job! Thank you!

I was very please with Dave on his knowledge and work that he did to repair our garage door. He was pleasant and very professional. We have had him at our house before for other work and he does a great job and he also checked the warranty on the work that done previously for us to see if anything was covered, which was very nice.

Excellent service from call to finish. Came out at 9 pm to fix broken door and was professional, efficient, and helpful. Called Precision after contacting another company whose service technician was rude and unwilling to make an after-hours call even though they advertise as such. Precision was excellent and we will be purchasing a new door from them because of the wonderful service we received.

I highly recommend Precision for their professional service. My garage door opener failed. My nephew told me to make one call and that was to Precision, the company that he used for service at his new home in 2017. The service technician, Eric, called in advance, even though I was his first customer of the day. Eric listened as I described the issue of the garage door opener fail and as I have detached garage with no other entry point than the door with no key access, Eric was able to lift the door enough to gain entry to the garage. He assessed the issue, gave me options for replacing the 27 year old opener and completed the work within 1.5 hours. In addition, Eric provided me with an added solution by installing a Key Release, which allows manual access as an override to use when the power is out. In addition, Customer Service - excellent. The Customer Service Rep was able to accommodate my schedule when making the appointment.

OUR TECHNICIAN CALLED AHEAD AND GAVE US HIS ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL AND HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME! HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DOOR, TOLD US HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS FINISHED AND DOING PAPERWORK IN 15 MINUTES. GREAT jOB!!
