Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. I received call backs from other companies for the next days but they were too late. My family will do business with precision and refer our friends as well. Thank you!

Not only was Precision the best price but I can honestly say that every single interaction from quoting to installation was a pleasant one. Every person that I interacted with at the company seems to be genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. In fact, it wasn't the price that prompted me to go with them...it was the fact that I couldn't stop thinking that I wished every small business operated like this one. Our installation was today. Mark came to the house on time and ready for work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and really just a pleasure to be around. You have to respect a guy who is a master at his craft and you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. I was very impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail from start to finish.
