Just as we were wrapping up our Sunday evening, I went to put the garage door down, went in the house, and we all heard an enormous, scary, CRUNCH: the door had come off the tracks and was hanging precariously. We didn't want to leave it that way all night, and called Precision to see if they could come out. Not only were they there within the hour, but explained what the issues were and helped us to understand that we'd be needing to replace the door within the year--and we could definitely see why. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly!

Eric came to check out my garage door opener since I was having periodic problems with it closing. He discovered the problem...sensitive eye sensors that had a few cobwebs and while he was here he tightened some screws, oiled the system and installed a short rope that will make it easier for me if I ever have to disengage the door from the opener. Eric is very professional, courteous, cheerful and a great asset to Precision. ...and did I forget to mention, he is a great dog lover!!! :-)

We received stellar service on both of our recent spring replacements. The repairmen were courteous, prompt, friendly, helpful, and very customer-focused. One of our springs broke on a Sunday night and they were there to repair it within 2 hours. I would highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs.

My garage door opener broke unexpectedly on Sunday morning (both a spring and part of the opener itself). Called Precision and they were able to get me an after-hours appointment Sunday evening at 7PM. Found Precision on a Google search and making the appointment by phone was easy. I also received an Email confirmation. Felix who did the work called and arrived a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had all the parts needed for the repair in his truck and completed the work in about an hour. Felix was very nice and explained everything well. He noticed a couple other minor repairs that also needed to be addressed and completed those at the end as well at no charge (only a few minutes of work, but much appreciated. I thought the price for the whole job was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision in the future.

Mark Sherman was my technician. He was extremely personable, prompt for the appointment (even called ahead and offered to come earlier than my scheduled service window, which I too him up on), and was very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing garage doors, openers and the system that connects the two. He gave me a couple different options and we talked through the pros and cons. He was very efficient and had the door up and running in no time. The door looks fantastic and the opener is running smoothly again, and he gave me tips to keep it working smoothly in the future.
