Dave was courteous enough to call me right after his job and came over to assess my situation. He found the problem; allowed the door to close and lock. He was also able to measure the doorway and offer me an estimate for new doors, which I was already contemplating.

We were having multiple issues with our garage door and opener. Felix came and evaluated the whole situation. He presented our options and we made the decision to install a new opener. We recently had a problem with our garage door. I called some other garage door people before you, my mistake. They were all to busy to come out and see my problem. After calling you , you sent someone that same day (David MacKay). This individual was very professional. You should be glad that you have someone like him working for you. We still can't get over how quiet the door is. If in the future I have any more problems with my door you will be the first one that I call. Again David was great and answered any questions that we had.

I called Precision when the left spring of our garage door broke, I set up and appointment and received a call from Drew stating that he was on his way and would be there in about 25 Minutes. He was actually about 15 minutes early and explained what needed to be done. He gave me 3 options of what to do and then took corrective action. He was able to repair the door in about an hour and a half. I works great now. Thanks.

amazing service! I called at 6:30 AM that our garage door was inoperable, with both of our cars in the garage and not even the manual engage would work. Ron had someone out to the house by 9:00AM! Drew was the tech and he was great! I will not use another garage door service now that I discovered Precision and I have already told several people what a great service it was. Drew had installed broken springs and cables and I still made it to work on time.
