Eric has been here on two different issues and has arrived early (great!) both times. He very nicely listened to my description(s) of the issue(s) and then explained what he would be doing. I chose Precision because of their ad in the phone book yellow pages with the $10 off Service Call coupon. I was very pleased when I received the pre-visit e-mail confirming the appointment along with a description and picture of the technician (Eric). I would highly recommend this company based on my current experiences.

Just as we were wrapping up our Sunday evening, I went to put the garage door down, went in the house, and we all heard an enormous, scary, CRUNCH: the door had come off the tracks and was hanging precariously. We didn't want to leave it that way all night, and called Precision to see if they could come out. Not only were they there within the hour, but explained what the issues were and helped us to understand that we'd be needing to replace the door within the year--and we could definitely see why. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly!
