Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell us on more than we needed, as Felix reported that the garage door was still in really good shape.

That's what I call dedication! When I got home from work I discovered the broken spring and couldn't open the garage door. I called the company and within an hour Mark was at my door to fix it. Just as we were wrapping up our Sunday evening, I went to put the garage door down, went in the house, and we all heard an enormous, scary, CRUNCH: the door had come off the tracks and was hanging precariously. We didn't want to leave it that way all night, and called Precision to see if they could come out. Not only were they there within the hour, but explained what the issues were and helped us to understand that we'd be needing to replace the door within the year--and we could definitely see why. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly!

Eric came to check out my garage door opener since I was having periodic problems with it closing. He discovered the problem...sensitive eye sensors that had a few cobwebs and while he was here he tightened some screws, oiled the system and installed a short rope that will make it easier for me if I ever have to disengage the door from the opener. Eric is very professional, courteous, cheerful and a great asset to Precision. ...and did I forget to mention, he is a great dog lover!!! :-)
