The owner Ron was there promptly when he said he was going to be, very polite and respectful. He gave me the estimate with an explanation and went about what he needed to do without disruption of any sort. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Garage door works beautifully! Thank you Ron for helping to restore my faith in customer service again.

Eric has been here on two different issues and has arrived early (great!) both times. He very nicely listened to my description(s) of the issue(s) and then explained what he would be doing. I chose Precision because of their ad in the phone book yellow pages with the $10 off Service Call coupon. I was very pleased when I received the pre-visit e-mail confirming the appointment along with a description and picture of the technician (Eric). I would highly recommend this company based on my current experiences.

Ron and his team are excellent and go the extra mile. I had him install two different garage doors at two different properties. Ron stood by his work and there was excellent and continued service after the sale.

The individual who came out to fix my door was very professional! He looked the situation over and fully explained what needed to be done. Work was completed quickly and there was no mess after the job was completed. I also recommended your services to the neighbor across the street the other day. Thanks!

Felix was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My husband explained what the problem was and what kind of opener we were looking for to replace ours with. Felix knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to assuage our concerns. The opener he suggested and ultimately installed was everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We greatly appreciate that he did not try to sell us on more than we needed, as Felix reported that the garage door was still in really good shape.

We were extremely pleased with Mark, who provided outstanding service. He arrived less than 2 hours after our emergency call. After diagnosing the problem, he presented a written repair estimate. He was polite, courteous and efficient throughout the call. It's because of superior people like Mark that we will be proud to call Precision whenever a garage door issue arises.
