I reported that my gargae door opened by it self and was making a noise with in 45 minutes of placing the call the gentleman was here diagnoised the problem and replaced the door opener, everything was done from the inital call to a finish product. David Mackay and Dave Ackley were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the 20 year old door opener and 40 year old rollers, then added security cables for the springs, all in about an hour. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Their instructions and explanations were clear and concise. I recommend these two gentlemen and Precision Door Service without reservation.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. Would absolutely recommend your service because you truly wear the name precision well. Thank you!!

I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago). Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the whole job that same day, finished up in a couple of hours. We were so relieved to have the job done so efficiently and quickly. The price was in keeping with other area technicians, etc. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!

Our technician, Dave, was courteous, efficient, and thorough. He consulted with me to be sure I was happy with placement of keypad / opener, confirmed that we wanted the cable release, and spent time to explain how everything works. You quoted the lowest price, but we don't feel that we sacrificed anything by going with the lowest bidder.

All three of the men (Ron, Gary and Mark) who represented Precision Door during the preparation and installation of our new garage door conducted themselves in a very professional manner and went out of their way to do the job as accurate and professional as it could have been done. Due to unforeseen obstacles, the completion of the job took a bit longer than anticipated, but the quality of the end result outweighed any of that. Thanks for making it a positive experience. Dave

Great service. The installer, Dave, showed up EXACTLY on time as promised. He looked the job over, explained all about the new opener, and had it installed in about an hour and a few minutes.
