Just as we were wrapping up our Sunday evening, I went to put the garage door down, went in the house, and we all heard an enormous, scary, CRUNCH: the door had come off the tracks and was hanging precariously. We didn't want to leave it that way all night, and called Precision to see if they could come out. Not only were they there within the hour, but explained what the issues were and helped us to understand that we'd be needing to replace the door within the year--and we could definitely see why. Great service, reasonable price, and friendly!

The Tec who responded to our call came to our house promptly at the beginning of our service call window. The Tec was friendly and quickly fixed our issue with the sensor.

I was quite pleased with the response time, and quality of the repair. Bruce knew exactly what the problem was, and corrected it. He also checked the alignment of the door. He was curteous and neat. Thank you, very satisfied.

Eric came to check out my garage door opener since I was having periodic problems with it closing. He discovered the problem...sensitive eye sensors that had a few cobwebs and while he was here he tightened some screws, oiled the system and installed a short rope that will make it easier for me if I ever have to disengage the door from the opener. Eric is very professional, courteous, cheerful and a great asset to Precision. ...and did I forget to mention, he is a great dog lover!!! :-)

We received stellar service on both of our recent spring replacements. The repairmen were courteous, prompt, friendly, helpful, and very customer-focused. One of our springs broke on a Sunday night and they were there to repair it within 2 hours. I would highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door needs.

My garage door opener broke unexpectedly on Sunday morning (both a spring and part of the opener itself). Called Precision and they were able to get me an after-hours appointment Sunday evening at 7PM. Found Precision on a Google search and making the appointment by phone was easy. I also received an Email confirmation. Felix who did the work called and arrived a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had all the parts needed for the repair in his truck and completed the work in about an hour. Felix was very nice and explained everything well. He noticed a couple other minor repairs that also needed to be addressed and completed those at the end as well at no charge (only a few minutes of work, but much appreciated. I thought the price for the whole job was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision in the future.

Mark Sherman was my technician. He was extremely personable, prompt for the appointment (even called ahead and offered to come earlier than my scheduled service window, which I too him up on), and was very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing garage doors, openers and the system that connects the two. He gave me a couple different options and we talked through the pros and cons. He was very efficient and had the door up and running in no time. The door looks fantastic and the opener is running smoothly again, and he gave me tips to keep it working smoothly in the future. I am very happy with the service I received and the value and will not hesitate to call Precision again and will certainly recommend them. Thank you!

I was satisfied with the work done but the price on the roller was a rip off. 10 rollers run about $15. I was charged $100

Found your company from the billboard on Dewey Ave. Dave Ackley was very professional. He gave us 3 options and explained in detail what to expect from each. He got right to work a day had the door preforming as good if not better than new. You have become our garage door people! Will definitely recommend to everyone who asks.

Dave was able to show me why the door was not working properly. I was very glad that an adjustment could be made without the need to replace the motor, etc. It was an honest assessment of the problem & the resolution will certainly be my reason to recommend you & return for future service. Thank you.

Most importantly your response time was awesome thank you, repaired the day I called. He repaired the door in a timely fashion and gave me a very reasonable price. thank you, Daryl Corbett (Oh, on a side note we shared the fact that we're both suffering football fans, myself to the Buffalo Bills and his struggling Cleveland Browns.)
