I called Precision when the left spring of our garage door broke, I set up and appointment and received a call from Drew stating that he was on his way and would be there in about 25 Minutes. He was actually about 15 minutes early and explained what needed to be done. He gave me 3 options of what to do and then took corrective action. He was able to repair the door in about an hour and a half. I works great now. Thanks.

amazing service! I called at 6:30 AM that our garage door was inoperable, with both of our cars in the garage and not even the manual engage would work. Ron had someone out to the house by 9:00AM! Drew was the tech and he was great! I will not use another garage door service now that I discovered Precision and I have already told several people what a great service it was. Drew had installed broken springs and cables and I still made it to work on time.

Called and made an appt to get prices on a new door.Ron was delayed but called to inform me when he would be there.Very friendly professional. Talked doors told him what my wife wanted and he worked it up on his tablet -very nice. The only merchant out of 3 that did that. Explained prices sent me an email with the pricing which was very clear. PRECISION WAS THE LOWEST PRICE OF THE THREE FOR THE SAME DOORS AND INSTALL!! VERY PLEASED - WILL BE CALLING YOU! The entire process was enjoyable with Precision! Ron came out for my estimate. Then on the day of installation for my new 17-ft garage door, Ron came out first thing in the morning to remove the old doors and hardware so the contractor could get to work turning my two doors into one. Then Drew came back to finish the job. They were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Precision to everyone I know.

Our technician was Ron. He was timely (actually a bit early which was great), friendly, and took the time to explain what the problems were that we were experiencing and what our options were to fix them. Ron was certainly not pushy...a pure professional! We appreciated the time he took to review the operating instructions of the new garage door opener we purchased...which by the way is wonderful - quiet, sleek and did I say quiet? The entire scenario of the initial call, Ron's visit for a quote, and Dave's installation for the new garage doors and opener -- all this was terrific, awesome, professional, and exceeding all expections. I cannot imagine using anyone else for garage door concerns. Dave was early, so instead of nursing any personal concerns via cell phone or otherwise, he simply volunteered to help me with the moving of the final items out of the way and out of the garage. What a great fellow! Then he methodically went on to install doors and opener all the while having a beyond A+ attitude plus clearly knowing completely what he was doing. Bottom line I want Dave to consider expanding his services to all elements of home repair & remodel, all automotive and boating repairs and fixes, plus maybe he could do some dentistry & medicine, etc., etc., that is -- this guy was fabulosooooooooooooo.... what an assest to the company-- he should clearly deserve extra entries into the company's monthly drawings for employee fishing retreats to the mountain lakes & of course the company's annual employee drawings for the south seas Bahamas trips!!!

I really appreciated how quickly you arranged to come check our door. I had a freak accident where I was backing out of the garage and it started to close, hitting my car. My husband had gotten the door back into its tracks, and the technician showed us where it was structurally weakened and gave us a straightforward appraisal of its likely life span. He didn't pressure us to get a new door immediately but gave us an estimate, so we know what we'll need to do when the time comes. I really appreciated that he gave us the information we needed to decide what was best to do, which in this case was to carry on until the door gives up then buy a new one.

Outstanding!!! HE CAME ready to install. Most quiet door opener i ever herd. He replaced a unit with the first letter of the name being "G" that was only a few years old and was not good at all. They dont make them the way they usedto. Real Quality with the new one and life time warrantee. Happy Camper!

After a rough start and a few SNAFUs, I'm happy to report that my new garage door is very garage doory! Honestly though, Drew had a rough time of it between a door screen he had never seen and then finding out that the wrong sized door had been sent. He was rightfully frustrated, but kept calm and showed nothing but a professional demeanor. Once the initial humps were dealt with, things went smoothly and as an added bonus, the door was 100% finished just as the rain hit. Hopefully will never need a new door again, but if I do I know who I will call!
