After a rough start and a few SNAFUs, I'm happy to report that my new garage door is very garage doory! Honestly though, Drew had a rough time of it between a door screen he had never seen and then finding out that the wrong sized door had been sent. He was rightfully frustrated, but kept calm and showed nothing but a professional demeanor. Once the initial humps were dealt with, things went smoothly and as an added bonus, the door was 100% finished just as the rain hit. Hopefully will never need a new door again, but if I do I know who I will call!

Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.

I reported that my gargae door opened by it self and was making a noise with in 45 minutes of placing the call the gentleman was here diagnoised the problem and replaced the door opener, everything was done from the inital call to a finish product. David Mackay and Dave Ackley were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the 20 year old door opener and 40 year old rollers, then added security cables for the springs, all in about an hour. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Their instructions and explanations were clear and concise. I recommend these two gentlemen and Precision Door Service without reservation.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago).
