My Brother was having a new garage door and opener installed at his new home. Precision had installed and serviced the garage door/opener at his previous home and he was extremely satisfied with their service. I happened to be visiting my Brother when Ron arrived to give him an estimate. I mentioned to Ron that I was interested in a garage door and opener at my home and wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. Ron offered to come to my home, in the neighboring town, after he was done with my Brother. I had my estimate and install appointment scheduled soon after. The technician, Drew, arrived at the scheduled time shortly after giving me a courtesy call that he was on the way. He was courteous and professional throughout the 4+ hour install. Listen folks, as homeowners we have all had different service providers performing contracted work at our homes with varying degrees of customer satisfaction. All too often people are more inclined to hop onto a website to complain about bad service than to take the time to comment on an excellent job. I guess it's because, when we spend our hard earned money, an excellent job is what is expected and sometimes taken for granted. Precision Garage Door provided stellar service from estimate to install and will be my service provider for all my garage door needs in the future.

I had a spring on my garage door break and I really didn't know who to call, so I looked on line and checked out several sites. I contacted Precision Door on line and they responded by email and by phone within the hour. I set up the appointment and I was sent a confirmation email that included the name of the technician and his photo and a short bio. When Dave arrived this morning, he checked out the broken spring and he also checked out the rollers and cables. He advised me that I may need cables in the future and he gave me the price for the spring replacement. When he was done he lubricated the rollers and hinges and the new springs. Dave was polite, professional and knew his job well. The job was done in less than an hour, the price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Service, Great Work!!! The technician that serviced our garage door was here until after 8pm, he didn't leave until the work was done. He explained exactly what was wrong and made sure that everything worked before he left. I highly recommend Precision and we will definitely recommend them to family and friends. OMG!!!! Every other garage door company has told me to get a new door. A few of these other companies sent technicians who were willing to tinker with it first, but all of them ended up telling me the door was not able to be repaired. In the process of getting estimates for a new door, a neighbor recommended Precision. Precision not only gave me a reasonable estimate for the type of door I want (wood - which is appropriate for my neighborhood and my 75 year old house) but also spent over an hour adjusting the door..........and now it works!!!! Precision would not accept any payment, but wants me to call when I really do need a new door. Unreal!! I will definitely be working with Precision for any and all garage door needs in the future and will be telling all my friends!!

My garage door was hesitating intermittently. I saw a deal on Angie's list that ended up being perfect for me. Mark came out, replaced my rollers, helped me set up the outside digital opener (which had never worked for the two years that I've lived here) and taught me some maintenance tricks. My garage door now works perfectly! I would highly recommend their service.

We are getting so many compliments on our door. Dave was great, he really know want he was doing: and so polite. If 5 stars is the highest rating I would give him 6. I could not believe that one man could install a garage door, but he did and so efficiently. We have already recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors. The young lady in the showroom, I believe her name is Mary was great, with out her help, we could not have made up our minds. She talked to us about different styles of doors and let us take home samples and that made all the difference when it came to color. P.S Loved the dogs.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of both Techs, Ron and Mark involved in the estimate and completion of the work done on my garage. When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door.
