I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago). Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the whole job that same day, finished up in a couple of hours. We were so relieved to have the job done so efficiently and quickly. The price was in keeping with other area technicians, etc. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!

All three of the men (Ron, Gary and Mark) who represented Precision Door during the preparation and installation of our new garage door conducted themselves in a very professional manner and went out of their way to do the job as accurate and professional as it could have been done. My Brother was having a new garage door and opener installed at his new home. Precision had installed and serviced the garage door/opener at his previous home and he was extremely satisfied with their service. I happened to be visiting my Brother when Ron arrived to give him an estimate. I mentioned to Ron that I was interested in a garage door and opener at my home and wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. Ron offered to come to my home, in the neighboring town, after he was done with my Brother. I had my estimate and install appointment scheduled soon after. The technician, Drew, arrived at the scheduled time shortly after giving me a courtesy call that he was on the way. He was courteous and professional throughout the 4+ hour install. Listen folks, as homeowners we have all had different service providers performing contracted work at our homes with varying degrees of customer satisfaction. All too often people are more inclined to hop onto a website to complain about bad service than to take the time to comment on an excellent job. I guess it's because, when we spend our hard earned money, an excellent job is what is expected and sometimes taken for granted. Precision Garage Door provided stellar service from estimate to install and will be my service provider for all my garage door needs in the future.

I had a spring on my garage door break and I really didn't know who to call, so I looked on line and checked out several sites. I contacted Precision Door on line and they responded by email and by phone within the hour. I set up the appointment and I was sent a confirmation email that included the name of the technician and his photo and a short bio. When Dave arrived this morning, he checked out the broken spring and he also checked out the rollers and cables. He advised me that I may need cables in the future and he gave me the price for the spring replacement. When he was done he lubricated the rollers and hinges and the new springs. Dave was polite, professional and knew his job well. The job was done in less than an hour, the price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.
