OMG!!!! Every other garage door company has told me to get a new door. A few of these other companies sent technicians who were willing to tinker with it first, but all of them ended up telling me the door was not able to be repaired. In the process of getting estimates for a new door, a neighbor recommended Precision. Precision not only gave me a reasonable estimate for the type of door I want (wood - which is appropriate for my neighborhood and my 75 year old house) but also spent over an hour adjusting the door..........and now it works!!!! Precision would not accept any payment, but wants me to call when I really do need a new door. Unreal!! I will definitely be working with Precision for any and all garage door needs in the future and will be telling all my friends!!

Scheduling was quick and easy. Plus, the service tech phoned during the specified window to give me a more specific ETA. Upon arrival, the tech diagnosed the problem quickly and put the fix in place quickly as well. Overall, a great experience.

My garage door was hesitating intermittently. I saw a deal on Angie's list that ended up being perfect for me. Mark came out, replaced my rollers, helped me set up the outside digital opener (which had never worked for the two years that I've lived here) and taught me some maintenance tricks. My garage door now works perfectly! I would highly recommend their service.

This is a great company! I got 3 quotes and their price blew the rest away. They showed up one time for my scheduled quote and when they came to do the install. We had Drew do our install. We are getting so many compliments on our door. Dave was great, he really know want he was doing: and so polite. If 5 stars is the highest rating I would give him 6. I could not believe that one man could install a garage door, but he did and so efficiently. We have already recommended Precision to our friends and neighbors. The young lady in the showroom, I believe her name is Mary was great, with out her help, we could not have made up our minds. She talked to us about different styles of doors and let us take home samples and that made all the difference when it came to color. P.S Loved the dogs.

When Ron did the estimate, he also made a small repair free of charge so that I could continue to use the original door till I was ready for the new door. I would recommend Percision Garage door. To anyone looking to repair or race their garage door.They could not of been more friendly or helpful in our choice. We were given the choice of repairing or replacing our door. Seeing our old door was 50 yrs old we chose to replace. We were given great choices both in quality and price. Our installer was Felix and we can not say enough good about him. He is so polite and friendly. Felix is a very hard worker and very knowledgable of the whole garage door systems. I called Precision Door on a recommendation by my neighbor. Once the appointment time was set, I rec'd an email confirming the appointment window. Mark called me the day of the appointment to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. In exactly 20 minutes he was at my door. He evaluated the problem, was honest with me, & did not try to sell me a new garage door opener. He estimated the repair time, got to work and completed the task within the time he said it would take. I would recommend your company to anyone who asked & would definitely call again if your services were needed. Thank you for a job well done!
