Called for advice, scheduled an appointment for the same day. Dan quickly found the problem and corrected the malfunction. He explained what he did so next time maybe I could repair myself. Nice guy for sure glad I made the call.

Just a note of thanks for sending Felix and his helper Fred to my home. They were very punctual and did a great job in the repair work. They were very courteous and your company should be proud to have them as employees.

After a rough start and a few SNAFUs, I'm happy to report that my new garage door is very garage doory! Honestly though, Drew had a rough time of it between a door screen he had never seen and then finding out that the wrong sized door had been sent. He was rightfully frustrated, but kept calm and showed nothing but a professional demeanor. Once the initial humps were dealt with, things went smoothly and as an added bonus, the door was 100% finished just as the rain hit. Hopefully will never need a new door again, but if I do I know who I will call!

I purchased a tune-up from Angie's List and was totally satisfied with the work that was done for the price. My technician, Mark, was on-time (actually just a little early) and very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I would definintely use Precision again and I will be sure to ask for Mark.

Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.

David Mackay and Dave Ackley were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the 20 year old door opener and 40 year old rollers, then added security cables for the springs, all in about an hour. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Their instructions and explanations were clear and concise. I recommend these two gentlemen and Precision Door Service without reservation.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. Haven't been trapped in the garage since. Such a great investment; several years later I called to have a new door, new opener and key pad installed at my moms home. Would absolutely recommend your service because you truly wear the name precision well. Thank you!!

I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago). Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the whole job that same day, finished up in a couple of hours. We were so relieved to have the job done so efficiently and quickly. The price was in keeping with other area technicians, etc. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!

They responded to my call quickly and sent a technician to our home for the door inspection. Although it seemed the issue was not related the garage door, they still gave us advice without a charge. Very good job!

Our technician, Dave, was courteous, efficient, and thorough. He consulted with me to be sure I was happy with placement of keypad / opener, confirmed that we wanted the cable release, and spent time to explain how everything works. You quoted the lowest price, but we don't feel that we sacrificed anything by going with the lowest bidder.
