So glad I called Precision. During this cold February, by garage door opener wouldn't open. I called, and that day Mark was there. Luckily it was a simple repair and was taken care of quickly. Mark was very courteous and nice to chat with for a bit. I will definitely call this summer to get a tune -up done.

What started as a service call for a broken torsion spring turned into a new garage door. When my tech for the broken spring told me everything that was included in a new garage door I jumped on board right away. They even gave me a loaner spring until the new door was installed! We had been considering replacing the door anyway, so to us it seemed like a no brainer! Precision was great to work with, affordable, and the installers were very professional and thorough.

Five Stars. My garage door opener failed the other nite in brutally cold weather. I called and quickly secured an appointment for the next morning. Felix arrived on-time and worked in zero degree weather without complaint. He repaired the opener, provided some maintenance tips, and was on his way to the next call. I highly recommend Precision.

My roller on one side had come off a track, which had rusted badly at the base. Mark came out on a Saturday and did a quick fix that let me open and close the door. He returned the following weekend and gave my old door mechanisms a complete rebuild. Now it opens and closes better than I can remember. I'm a happy new customer.

Dave Mackay and a trainee did a great job. Besides replacing a broken spring and the spring on the other side, they inspected the rollers, cables and bearings. They recommended replacing the pulley and center bearings which I agreed to do. They then showed me the old bearings and how bad they were. They lubricated the door rollers, new springs and new bearings. They reviewed the bill with me. They were professional and very pleasant to work with.

Broken Spring, cables and rollers replaced, quickly and efficiently. While I hope not to need to call again for a long time, I would do so in an instant if the need arose. The people on the phone doing the scheduling were pleasant and Ron was great - answered questions as he went along and made the door work better than it had before the spring broke. We had need of a return visit, to make a minor adjustment and that too was well taken care of, both in scheduling and adjusting.

I had used another company to install my garage door & opener in 2003. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and liked that it was accredited by the BBB. Felix was my repairman. He did an absolute fabulous job of fixing my garage door. He explained in detail what he was doing and showed me as he went along. I love my garage door now! It opens and closes so smoothly. He also suggested I later have the rollers replaced. I plan on doing that. I am so happy that I called Precision and have already told my friends about your excellent customer service. The spring on our 1939-model flip-up garage door sprung its moorings with a bang; I called you guys based on these reviews and Mark Sherman came out on a bitter-cold morning, pronounced the spring itself (long out of production) OK and drilled it back in better than it had ever been, spray-lubricated everything and threw in a new door handle -- quick, all business, and reasonable. Bought us some time and when this finally does quit we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

I appreciated the email, confirming the technician with a picture of him in advance of the service call. the service was prompt, timely and the install provided the services tasks which were in the scope of the project. the estimated cost of the service was the final bill. All though I did not meet the technician personally, he called me on the phone with any questions he had, and I did not need to be away from work to over see the project. overall I rate this a five star experience

Five stars for sure! Same day service… a very cold, busy day at that. I was first told that it would have to be "after 5" and more expensive because of the emergency timing… but got a call back to tell me that the technician would be able to come earlier and it wouldn't cost as much. THAT never happens! When he arrived, Mr. Mackay was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Job was done in a short time and all is working well now.

I always wait some time before writing a review to make sure everything is working well. I'm happy to say I just love my new garage door & automatic opener. It runs so smooth & is so quiet. The install was great too. Very professional and very patient in answering all my questions while still keeping busy doing the work. There was even a glitch on the order but everything was made perfect during the install. I highly recommend.

Original problem was a broken lower bracket on one side. At the technician's recommendation, I elected to have the brackets and rollers replaced. The work done was very professional and the door is working very well now, much better than before.

I had a emergency call that Sunday and your tech Dave was outstanding. We live very close in the area so he was able to do the job earlier which was like half time for us on football Sunday. He was done within an 1hr max. Took his time to look over the entire garage. And even clean up the rollers for me to last longer down the road. Only thing i would suggest to you, on your coupons which i wanted to use i was told i could not use it. Be aware that there are no RESTRICTIONS listed on your site or coupon print out about not able to use on weekends or service calls...etc. But all in all, the service was flawless and Dave was just a superb tech. I will def keep you in mind for future use. Thank You

The service at Precision is 2nd to none. We have had some issues with our equipment not working in very cold weather. Both times we have called the technician he has remedied the issue and has not charged us. The garage door is very quiet and you cannot hear it inside the house. Very helpful if you have little kids who take naps and dogs that bark!

I called Precision when my garage door broke they were very courteous and professional. The Technicnian was very honest when when estimating the repairs. I highly recommend and will use them in the future.
