I recently purchased a new garage door from Precision Overhead Door and also had a new opener installed. My estimate was performed at the time I was promised and everything explained to me in great detail. The new door was installed in under a week and I was more than satisfied with the product as it exceeded my expectations. My technician did a great job and his attention to detail was impeccable as well. The price of everything was also better than many others that I spoke with and the product better as well. Felix called before he came at the appointed time. He worked quickly and showed me the broken part (the thing the chain goes around) and replaced same. He also did some routine maintenance for me. I am pleased with the quick response of Precision and will certainly call them again if there's a need.I would give Precision a 5 and Felix a five as well.

Precision was recommended to me by my parents who were very satisfied with the service they had recently experienced with Precision to fix a broken spring. We needed the overhaul package where they replaced the springs, cables, pullies, etc. Felix was very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. I especially liked receiving an email prior to the service date with pictures and names of the technicians so I was familiar with who might be showing up at my door. I would call them again if I ever need their services, but hopefully that won't be necessary for a long while now. I would highly recommend them.

So glad I called Precision. During this cold February, by garage door opener wouldn't open. I called, and that day Mark was there. Luckily it was a simple repair and was taken care of quickly. What started as a service call for a broken torsion spring turned into a new garage door. When my tech for the broken spring told me everything that was included in a new garage door I jumped on board right away. They even gave me a loaner spring until the new door was installed! We had been considering replacing the door anyway, so to us it seemed like a no brainer! Precision was great to work with, affordable, and the installers were very professional and thorough.

Five Stars. My garage door opener failed the other nite in brutally cold weather. I called and quickly secured an appointment for the next morning. Felix arrived on-time and worked in zero degree weather without complaint. He repaired the opener, provided some maintenance tips, and was on his way to the next call. I highly recommend Precision.

My roller on one side had come off a track, which had rusted badly at the base. Mark came out on a Saturday and did a quick fix that let me open and close the door. He returned the following weekend and gave my old door mechanisms a complete rebuild. Now it opens and closes better than I can remember. I'm a happy new customer.

Dave Mackay and a trainee did a great job. Besides replacing a broken spring and the spring on the other side, they inspected the rollers, cables and bearings. They recommended replacing the pulley and center bearings which I agreed to do. They then showed me the old bearings and how bad they were. They lubricated the door rollers, new springs and new bearings. They reviewed the bill with me. They were professional and very pleasant to work with.

Broken Spring, cables and rollers replaced, quickly and efficiently. While I hope not to need to call again for a long time, I would do so in an instant if the need arose. The people on the phone doing the scheduling were pleasant and Ron was great - answered questions as he went along and made the door work better than it had before the spring broke. We had need of a return visit, to make a minor adjustment and that too was well taken care of, both in scheduling and adjusting.

I had used another company to install my garage door & opener in 2003. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and liked that it was accredited by the BBB. Felix was my repairman. He did an absolute fabulous job of fixing my garage door. He explained in detail what he was doing and showed me as he went along. I love my garage door now! It opens and closes so smoothly. He also suggested I later have the rollers replaced. I plan on doing that. I am so happy that I called Precision and have already told my friends about your excellent customer service.
