The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient and fair on the price assessment and very helpful. We were unable to raise the garage door due to the broken spring. The technician saved us a window by getting the garage door to open. He was great.

Wonderful experience with this company especially when compared to another company in town that starts with an F. The man who installed our opener was super! He made sure we got the opener that met our needs so we would use the built in garage door openers that are in our cars instead of having to use the ones that came with the unit. He did not have the proper opener in his truck so he had to make a special trip to get the right one. The installation was fast and perfect. He made sure all was working well and that we knew everything about our new opener as it had more features then our old one. And he installed a box outside of the house so we could get inside the garage if we locked ourselves out which has happened before. I highly and I mean highly recommend this company. Oh one more huge thing the installer actually was friendly and valued our business and gave use great customer service. Other stores can learn from Precision overhead door service company!

Our Garage door wouldn't go up -- the motor hummed, but the chain didn't move. I called Precision, and got a very knowledgable and friendly technician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a nylon gear, designed to "fail first" as it was easy to replace, had worn out). As a bonus, he checked, oiled, adjusted, and cleaned the rest of the opening mechanism.

i am very glad I found you guys in the coupons as my garage door was catching up by the pulley. I attempted to fix my self and doing so broke the spring. So calling you now was the best. The Service Call was set up for Friday and was good to you word. The service man was fast & of good humor , personable, told me the problem, price and went to work after I agreed to the job. I had a special request to take two perfectly good doors down so I could make some structural repairs on the wall they were attached to. Mark made special arrangements to remove the two doors in the morning and come back later that day to put them back up. Sounds strange, but Mark really helped out making the time to perform this task and giving me enough time to make the structural repairs then getting them re-installed asap. The doors work perfectly. I am pleased with the quality and expertise of Precision technician Mark Sherman.

I purchased a garage door opener from the big orange box... and on a recommendation from a friend, I called Precision... Ron the owner came an installed the opener himself... he did a great job !!!! He was quick, neat, and extremely professional... I would recommend Precision highly to anyone who needs any garage door service.

We Picked Precision from Angie's List because it was very highly rated. We were not disappointed. The serviceman did a great job replacing broken springs and rollers and also checking over the workings for the other garage door to make sure it was ok. We would definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Precision and would recommend them to everyone. After 4 months of waiting on other garage door places for estimates etc. - I saw Precision was #1 on Angie's list so I gave them a call. Ronnie came that same day and gave me the quickest estimate I'd received out of 4 places. What I appreciated about Precision is Ronnie wasn't a sales person, he is the owner! There was no sales pitch and he spoke to me like a normal person - I appreciated that! It was Thursday I had the estimate done and Josh came over on Sunday and put in my new garage door! Josh was very courteous and polite. He did the job in just a couple of hours and when he was done, explained everything to me and off he went. I would definitely recommend Precision to everyone. And the prices beat all the other places - there's no comparison, as far as I'm concerned!

Mark was very professional and friendly at the same time. He explained my options for replacing the springs and hardware on my garage door. I made my choice and Mark began working. He replaced both springs and all hardware then checked on my second garage door, all within an hour. He cleaned up his work area, I paid the bill and he was on his way. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!
