Felix performed the tune-up service on our garage door - which had started to sporadically fail to open. He performed the service quickly and professionally and explained the likely causes of the issues and even pointed out some concerns with our second door (which was not being serviced, and now will probably work longer without service thanks to his advice). Highly recommend!

The center mount of the lift spring had come loose due to a poor decision made during the original installation. (not done by Precision) I was most impressed with materials and craftsmanship when the repairs where completed. The technician was out standing and a pleasure to work with.

When our garage door broke we spoke with a number of area companies but quickly decided to go with Precision after meeting with Ron. Scheduling was quick and easy, Ron was very punctual for both the estimate and the install and was very respectful during both. The price was the better than the competition and he did not try to "sell" us on a particular product, just gave us the choices and facts. In our case our door was stuck in the open position and Precision was the only company that offered to close the door for us if we choose to go with them, and Ron returned the night we called to do just that. I have already recommended their service to a family member and will continue to do so in the future.

I had Precision replace a heavy wooden manual garage door with a new garage door and a Liftmaster automatic door opener. Mark - the Service Technician - did a terrific job. I called and set up an appointment to have Ron come out and access the condition of my door. I have never received better service with any company ever. He put up with my ignorance and answered every one of my questions to my understanding. He also fixed my door not knowing this was going to be a service call. he was extremely competitive as well. My garage door opener had "lost a screw" and was almost off the ceiling...which would have potentially damaged the garage door and opener. I called several businesses...but yours was the only with 24/7 service available. Mark came out the same day and put longer screws in the ceiling so I'm sure it won't happen again by the size of the screws. He also sprayed the springs and hinges with spray lube. I explained to Mark that normally my husband does these repairs - but he recently passed away and hence,I can be easily overwhelmed by normal "guy stuff". Thanks for your quick and efficient service. Mark was very professional and kind.

The cable had broken on my garage door so it was slightly ajar, crooked and wouldn't open or close. I was able to get service the same day I called. I have an old style door which presented some challenges for the technician, but Mark was friendly, courteous and professional despite having to work in a garage that had to be over 100 degrees that day. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family requiring garage door repair.

Wonderful experience with this company especially when compared to another company in town that starts with an F. The man who installed our opener was super! He made sure we got the opener that met our needs so we would use the built in garage door openers that are in our cars instead of having to use the ones that came with the unit. He did not have the proper opener in his truck so he had to make a special trip to get the right one. The installation was fast and perfect. He made sure all was working well and that we knew everything about our new opener as it had more features then our old one. And he installed a box outside of the house so we could get inside the garage if we locked ourselves out which has happened before. I highly and I mean highly recommend this company. Oh one more huge thing the installer actually was friendly and valued our business and gave use great customer service. Other stores can learn from Precision overhead door service company!

Our Garage door wouldn't go up -- the motor hummed, but the chain didn't move. I called Precision, and got a very knowledgable and friendly technician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a nylon gear, designed to "fail first" as it was easy to replace, had worn out). As a bonus, he checked, oiled, adjusted, and cleaned the rest of the opening mechanism.
