I am thoroughly pleased with Precision Door's performance. Having to work long distance to get my garage door/opener replaced, I found their online ad informative and easy to use. They had an 800 number I could call and, as advertized, I was able to speak with a real person every time I called. They were quick to go to the site and give me an estimate, and within a couple of days had the new door and opener installed at a time that was convenient to my renter. I highly recommend Precision Door.

We chose Precision because it was highly recommended by a family member. Our original garage door opener was old and on it's way out. Ron came over the same day we called. He was very friendly, informative (laid out the options available), and not pushy to sell. He worked efficiently and had the whole garage door opener replaced within an hour. We chose Precision to replace our garage door and garage door opener for a number of reasons such as the prior service we received when we needed our garage door repaired; the fact evening and weekend appointments were available for the estimate; and you could design the type of door in which you were interested. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable during our estimate appointment. We also liked that he was not a high pressured salesperson. His professionalism was again demonstrated during his installation of our door and subsequent opener which we ended up having replaced. Our neighbor commented he was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our new garage door and opener and would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting their door replaced.

When the garage door opener failed on Saturday morning, I got same-day service for an amazingly reasonable price.
