Five stars for sure! Same day service… a very cold, busy day at that. I was first told that it would have to be "after 5" and more expensive because of the emergency timing… but got a call back to tell me that the technician would be able to come earlier and it wouldn't cost as much. THAT never happens! When he arrived, Mr. Mackay was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Job was done in a short time and all is working well now.

Original problem was a broken lower bracket on one side. At the technician's recommendation, I elected to have the brackets and rollers replaced. The work done was very professional and the door is working very well now, much better than before.

I had a emergency call that Sunday and your tech Dave was outstanding. We live very close in the area so he was able to do the job earlier which was like half time for us on football Sunday. He was done within an 1hr max. Took his time to look over the entire garage. And even clean up the rollers for me to last longer down the road. Only thing i would suggest to you, on your coupons which i wanted to use i was told i could not use it. Be aware that there are no RESTRICTIONS listed on your site or coupon print out about not able to use on weekends or service calls...etc. But all in all, the service was flawless and Dave was just a superb tech. I will def keep you in mind for future use. Thank You

The service at Precision is 2nd to none. We have had some issues with our equipment not working in very cold weather. Both times we have called the technician he has remedied the issue and has not charged us. The garage door is very quiet and you cannot hear it inside the house. Very helpful if you have little kids who take naps and dogs that bark!

Felix performed the tune-up service on our garage door - which had started to sporadically fail to open. He performed the service quickly and professionally and explained the likely causes of the issues and even pointed out some concerns with our second door (which was not being serviced, and now will probably work longer without service thanks to his advice). Highly recommend!

The center mount of the lift spring had come loose due to a poor decision made during the original installation. (not done by Precision) I was most impressed with materials and craftsmanship when the repairs where completed. The technician was out standing and a pleasure to work with.

Overall service was fine. One issue: we were told the technician would arrive between 10A.M.-noon (I have the email), but he arrived at 9:00 A.M. which was a bit inconvenient.

When our garage door broke we spoke with a number of area companies but quickly decided to go with Precision after meeting with Ron. Scheduling was quick and easy, Ron was very punctual for both the estimate and the install and was very respectful during both. The price was the better than the competition and he did not try to "sell" us on a particular product, just gave us the choices and facts. In our case our door was stuck in the open position and Precision was the only company that offered to close the door for us if we choose to go with them, and Ron returned the night we called to do just that. I have already recommended their service to a family member and will continue to do so in the future.

I called and set up an appointment to have Ron come out and access the condition of my door. I have never received better service with any company ever. He put up with my ignorance and answered every one of my questions to my understanding. He also fixed my door not knowing this was going to be a service call. he was extremely competitive as well. I took advantage of a Groupon Garage Door Tune-up. The tech had the rollers replaced and the system tuned in a very short time. He took the trouble to explain to me what he was doing and why while performing the job. Very proffessional. Very friendly. Very fast. My garage door opener had "lost a screw" and was almost off the ceiling...which would have potentially damaged the garage door and opener. I called several businesses...but yours was the only with 24/7 service available. Mark came out the same day and put longer screws in the ceiling so I'm sure it won't happen again by the size of the screws. He also sprayed the springs and hinges with spray lube. I explained to Mark that normally my husband does these repairs - but he recently passed away and hence,I can be easily overwhelmed by normal "guy stuff". Thanks for your quick and efficient service. Mark was very professional and kind.
