I had a wonderful experience with Precision and would recommend them to everyone. After 4 months of waiting on other garage door places for estimates etc. - I saw Precision was #1 on Angie's list so I gave them a call. Ronnie came that same day and gave me the quickest estimate I'd received out of 4 places. What I appreciated about Precision is Ronnie wasn't a sales person, he is the owner! There was no sales pitch and he spoke to me like a normal person - I appreciated that! It was Thursday I had the estimate done and Josh came over on Sunday and put in my new garage door! Josh was very courteous and polite. He did the job in just a couple of hours and when he was done, explained everything to me and off he went. I would definitely recommend Precision to everyone. And the prices beat all the other places - there's no comparison, as far as I'm concerned!

Mark was friendly and efficient. One of the cables broke and the door would not close. He did the repairs and recommended that I also replace the rollers, which I did. I would definitely call him for future needs. I have used Precision for garage door repairs at my former home in Irondequoit.

Mark was very professional and friendly at the same time. He explained my options for replacing the springs and hardware on my garage door. I made my choice and Mark began working. He replaced both springs and all hardware then checked on my second garage door, all within an hour. He cleaned up his work area, I paid the bill and he was on his way. Josh was very professional and took the time to explain all that was offered and how to maintain the door and operation of locking mechanism. The finished installation makes the property look so much better. The door works smoothly and not nearly as heavy as previous door....well worth the investment. Josh kept work area clean and he was very organized. Door went up quickly. Will recommend this company to others

Very satisfied with the service. I was prepared to pay for a new garage door and received good information on the various grades and prices available. After evaluating my current door, he suggested possible repairs and replacement parts that would work for me. I ended up replacing springs, cables, and sheaves. Ronnie: Iâ??m sorry for the delay in responding to you, but I have been traveling recently and things have finally settled down. Felix Coriano came to fix my garage door on Saturday, June 1. Felix was professional, courteous and an excellent worker. I did not hesitate to let him into my home. When it turned out that my garage door was not actually broken, Felix stayed to review all of the moving parts and then oiled (if that is the correct term) the door so that it is so quiet. In addition, Felix noticed that the support pieces were not correct, and he took the time and trouble to re-attach them. Best of all, Felix scampered up on a ladder and replaced the light bulb at the top of the garage that had been blown out for months. I never would have been able to reach it on my own. To say I was delighted with the service is an understatement. Thanks again!

My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.

Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am.
