I had Precision replace a heavy wooden manual garage door with a new garage door and a Liftmaster automatic door opener. Mark - the Service Technician - did a terrific job. I shopped around and found that Precision had a good quality product, gave me the best deal and provided a quality installation. Very pleased!

I called and set up an appointment to have Ron come out and access the condition of my door. I have never received better service with any company ever. He put up with my ignorance and answered every one of my questions to my understanding. He also fixed my door not knowing this was going to be a service call. he was extremely competitive as well. Pricing is not an issue when you receive the type of service they give. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank You Ron

I took advantage of a Groupon Garage Door Tune-up. The tech had the rollers replaced and the system tuned in a very short time. He took the trouble to explain to me what he was doing and why while performing the job. Very proffessional. Very friendly. Very fast. When my very old opener *does* decide to quit, I'll be calling Precision back to do the job. Very Satisfied! Thank You!

My garage door opener had "lost a screw" and was almost off the ceiling...which would have potentially damaged the garage door and opener. I called several businesses...but yours was the only with 24/7 service available. Mark came out the same day and put longer screws in the ceiling so I'm sure it won't happen again by the size of the screws. He also sprayed the springs and hinges with spray lube. I explained to Mark that normally my husband does these repairs - but he recently passed away and hence,I can be easily overwhelmed by normal "guy stuff". Thanks for your quick and efficient service. Mark was very professional and kind.

The cable had broken on my garage door so it was slightly ajar, crooked and wouldn't open or close. I was able to get service the same day I called. I have an old style door which presented some challenges for the technician, but Mark was friendly, courteous and professional despite having to work in a garage that had to be over 100 degrees that day. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family requiring garage door repair.

My experience with Precision was a positive one. Ronnie was personable and performed the service to my garage door quickly and to my satisfaction. The only negative was he was 30 minutes late. I would hire Precision again for any garage door work I need in the future.

The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient and fair on the price assessment and very helpful. We were unable to raise the garage door due to the broken spring. The technician saved us a window by getting the garage door to open. He was great.

Wonderful experience with this company especially when compared to another company in town that starts with an F. The man who installed our opener was super! He made sure we got the opener that met our needs so we would use the built in garage door openers that are in our cars instead of having to use the ones that came with the unit. He did not have the proper opener in his truck so he had to make a special trip to get the right one. The installation was fast and perfect. He made sure all was working well and that we knew everything about our new opener as it had more features then our old one. And he installed a box outside of the house so we could get inside the garage if we locked ourselves out which has happened before. I highly and I mean highly recommend this company. Oh one more huge thing the installer actually was friendly and valued our business and gave use great customer service. Other stores can learn from Precision overhead door service company!

Our Garage door wouldn't go up -- the motor hummed, but the chain didn't move. I called Precision, and got a very knowledgable and friendly technician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a nylon gear, designed to "fail first" as it was easy to replace, had worn out). As a bonus, he checked, oiled, adjusted, and cleaned the rest of the opening mechanism.

When I called to schedule an appointment and was told they could come the same day, I was blown away. When I was told that they could come late that night, after I got home from work, I was totally flabbergasted! The work was excellent and the cost was reasonable. Thanks so much!
