5 Stars. Install Crew showed up on time, Worked steadily and carefully. Door looks great and works well. Quietest door and opener that I have ever had. When searching for a door, I called three different companies. Precision called me back promptly, came to the site and provided estimate promptly (turned out to be best price, too), and completed installation on time and on schedule.

The left torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Saturday night. I did some research on the internet and noticed that Precision Door had excellent reviews from their customers so I called them on Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Precision Door Technician Felix Coriano informed me he would be fixing my door the very same day! In addition to fixing my springs, I had him replace all the rollers as well. Now my door works perfectly, is super quiet, and good to go for the next 20 years! So glad I called Precision Door instead of doing it myself.

I contacted Precision to repair a broken garage door opener. In discussing my situation, they reviewed pricing for a new garage door opener. I decided that was the best way to go. I called them and they came right out to my home. I live in Nunda, NY... I think they gave me a great deal and was very honest. They are coming back Saturday to do the work that needs to be done. Was very willing to work on a day that fits my schedule...... I would tell everyone if you need someone to work on your garage door call these guys!!!!!
