The owner, Ron was exhausted at the end of a long day and I felt bad for him when he was responded after hours for service on our broken garage door cables. Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. I found your company in the Yellow Pages, and, after 2 companies who serve only Monroe County, I chose Precision as you were close to Victor and I had remembered seeing your truck in the area. I was pleased with the technician who came and serviced both of my doors, knew what was happening and went right to work to fix the one door and did a general service job on both doors.
