The technician Zikret Osmic was prompt. He examined the Garage Door Opener and answered all my questions. He insured I understood how the opener worked and that the sensor lights were working correctly. He also lubricated the rollers so I am comfortable the door is working correctly.

Precision Garage Door Service replaced my door in a polite, professional manner and did everything they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and the door is operating perfectly. Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. They had a repairman over within a few hours of my call and he was very thorough, nice and knowledgeable.
