I had purchased garage door openers in East Rochester, so when I had trouble with my garage door I automatically called Precision. I had the pleasure of meeting Felix who was very pleasant and explained everything. Everything went well for a few days and then there was a bumping noise when the door opened. Within hours of my call Felix returned and fixed the cable and explained the problem. Problem solved!

I was very happy w/ the service and the timely matter they took care of me.. Ron was very professional as well as easy to talk to.. When I spoke w/ his sister on the phone, again very professional but also very nice.. I would highly recommend them. I liked the way Ron explained what needed to be done. I did have to have him come back because the limit switch popped out and the door did not work correctly. The only suggestion I would have would be to expedite an appointment in that situation. I would use the service again.

We have an old wooden garage door that took lots of muscle to open - and we wanted to add a garage door opener to it. Ronnie Kull, the Company Owner came to our rescue. He was able to save the door and make it move smoothly. In essence, he reinstalled the 35 year old door properly and added the correct springs to balance the door. He gave me many tips so I could install the opener myself. I ran into trouble due to very minor clearance between the rail and the door. On another call Ronnie added special brackets at the top of the door for proper clearance, and finished the installation. It works very smoothly! Ronnie is a superb technician who is extremely knowledgeable about garage door operation. I recommend him without reservation. And I can't wait to share the name of this company with my network of friends. Ronnie is absolutely a 5 Star Technician, and I rate his company at the top of the list. Regards, Gary Offen
