We found Precision Door's ad in the online website. We were given the standard service call price, time and date by a secretary. When Dave Mackay arrived he explained the possible problems and how they would range in cost to fix. We let him get to work. After a few minutes he knocked on the door and told us the price and that it would be the standard service fee of $49. plus tax. He then took us see the part involved and the cause of the problem...my husband's accidental cutting of a wire. This man deserves a 5 Star Rating!

The tech's had to replace the garage opener/motor as the handheld remote would not work. They were here on time and did what they had to do to and were out in no time. To my satisfaction. They went over the warrenties and the safety features and the proper use of how to use the remote control. did a fine job.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

This review is an easy one. I contacted Precision Door for a garage door estimate. Ronnie came to my residence and explained all my options and prices. I told him what I wanted, he then filled out an order form/contract. We shook hands, and he gave me a copy of the contract. After he left, I noticed there was a place for me to sign on the form, as acceptance to the purchase and installation. Ronnie accepted the hand shake as my word, without asking me to sign. I may be "old fashioned", but a hand shake is better than a signature of acceptance or agreement. I trusted him from that point forward. The door was installed while I was out of town on business. When I returned home I found the door, and installation, to be beyond my expectations, along with absolutely no mess left behind to clean up what-so-ever. I would, and will, recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door, and or repair of existing doors. The technician, Felix, did a great job! It was also a pleasure dealing with Mary over the phone at their office. Thank You, Dennis K. Spink

Outstanding performance!! Garage door broke (badly) on Friday night (my fault). Called Saturday am and got Holly in call center. She asked the right questions and answered mine, resulting in an appointment for Sunday. It was extremely helpful to go online and read bios of technicians and to read people's comments, all of which were helpful and positive. Josh arrived on time and went immediately to work, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all in about 45 minutes. I thought the damage might mean a whole new door, but not so. Josh did recommend new rollers, and installed them, too. Significantly reduced the noise and likely extending the life of the door. All costs were explained ahead of time, and were quite a bit less than I was expecting, particularly on a Sunday. Josh also explained options for a new door if we wanted to upgrade in the future. I asked for this information, and was not pressured in any was by Josh. He was very professional and friendly. The whole process exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Precision and if I upgrade the door will call them to do it.

I had a new door installed in my barn to replace a 22 year old door. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. A few months later, my house garage door was malfunctioning on the automatic opener which was 12 years old. I contacted Precision because I was so satisfied with the new door installation in my barn. The same technician (Mark) performed both services. I happened to be home the day of the replacement of my house door opener replacement. Not only was Mark totally professional, but we had a great conversation while he was doing his job. If I was bothering him while he worked,he never once expressed a displeasure. I truly believe that the two hours we spent together was a mutual respect between us. Mark came across as a real people person and commentated more than once how much he enjoys what he does and that's what makes a huge difference to me(the customer)and the difference between collecting a paycheck and practicing your profession.
