When returning home on a Friday night, the cables of our garage door detached from our garage door after we used our remote to lower the garage door after we parked the car in the garage. I called Precision Door that evening and an appointment was scheduled the following day. Ron arrived at my house on Saturday morning. Prior to his arrival, he called, sent a text identifying his role with the company, and had a tracker which showed how far he was on the route to my house. Ron determined that the spring had broken on our garage door. He had the necessary equipment and was able to repair the job in about 45 minutes. He thoroughly checked the door to make sure that there were no other issues. I was very pleased with the overall experience with how Precision Door handled my situation and the fine work that Ron did.

I’ve used this service before ( 2013) and found them to be efficient, professional and and personable. When a spring broke on my garage door this week, I naturally called Precision once more! The appointment process was smooth and the operator was pleasant to talk to even when I had to change my appointment date. ( I forgot I had a prior commitment). Ron arrived at stated time and was cheerful, professional, helpful and repaired the door in under 30 minutes. My garage was filled with detritus from on going renovation/ tossing out predicament , but Ron cheerfully moved things about in order to access the problem. At completion, he offered to help me replace the items back to the garage - which I though was wonderful ( but not necessary). Cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. Great service. Precision fixed my garage door years and years ago so I would naturally call them again. Mark called to let me know when he would arrive. He was so polite, kind and courteous. He showed me how the cable had snapped in two and how he would replace it. After he finished, he showed me how to maintain it to keep it in good shape as it is old.
