Ron, the owner/operator; a very intelligent, business-like individual fixed and tuned up my door for the 2nd time in 9 years. Even though I didn't need Precision to do any major repairs, Ron's maintenance advice kept my door operating in tip-top condition.

I’ve used this service before ( 2013) and found them to be efficient, professional and and personable. When a spring broke on my garage door this week, I naturally called Precision once more! The appointment process was smooth and the operator was pleasant to talk to even when I had to change my appointment date. ( I forgot I had a prior commitment). Ron arrived at stated time and was cheerful, professional, helpful and repaired the door in under 30 minutes. My garage was filled with detritus from on going renovation/ tossing out predicament , but Ron cheerfully moved things about in order to access the problem. At completion, he offered to help me replace the items back to the garage - which I though was wonderful ( but not necessary). Cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. Great service. Precision fixed my garage door years and years ago so I would naturally call them again. Mark called to let me know when he would arrive. He was so polite, kind and courteous. He showed me how the cable had snapped in two and how he would replace it. After he finished, he showed me how to maintain it to keep it in good shape as it is old. The door works just like it was new again. Thanks, Mark, for doing such a great job!

We were so impressed with the complete service we have received from Precision. Ron came out same day to provide a quote for two garage doors. His recommendations were perfect for our needs. The office staff respond quickly to questions and the installer were so professional and Polite. I did extensive research on the different garage doors and found that Amare classic 3000 was the quality, style, color and warranty I was looking for. The doors look better than in pictures and better than I expected. The windows lets so much light into the garage that it doesn’t even need lights on during the day. The garage door openers are very quiet. I highly recommend Precision Door Service. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the quality of this company. Thank you everyone at Precision.
