After another service provider fixed? a broken spring and left the door working but unbalanced and nearly destroyed the opener, I called Precision Door. They arrived on schedule, corrected the door balance, cleaned up opener wiring mangled by the other provider, lubricated the bearings and charged a VERY reasonable fee. If I only had called Precision Door first!!! I am very pleased with this service.

Called for a Sunday repair on a frayed cable that broke. Felix called to tell me what time he would be out- and arrived on time. He recommended replacing both cables (absolutely the right thing to do), and the rusted brackets- then noticed the fraying cable on companion door! Pricing was reasonable and the extra $30 for a weekend call was also incredibly reasonable and such a time saver! Really, truly a phenomenal experience- who thought you could say that about weekend garage door service! Thank you Felix, you’re the best, and I will only call Precision for repairs, and when I replace these!!!
