Called for a Sunday repair on a frayed cable that broke. Felix called to tell me what time he would be out- and arrived on time. He recommended replacing both cables (absolutely the right thing to do), and the rusted brackets- then noticed the fraying cable on companion door! Pricing was reasonable and the extra $30 for a weekend call was also incredibly reasonable and such a time saver! Really, truly a phenomenal experience- who thought you could say that about weekend garage door service! Thank you Felix, you’re the best, and I will only call Precision for repairs, and when I replace these!!!

Have had maintenance performed by Precision Door previously so called them when I had a problem. The technician, Drew, quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. Service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends in the future.

The garage door spring broke and we needed it repaired quickly. Ron was out within two hours and repaired it in less than an hour. This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. I am in LOVE! I purchased an AMARR door and Lift master belt drive opener. The service was exemplary from start to finish. Ron came out to look at the project and answered all questions at that time. Mary was always available to answer any further questions I had. Although the site has pictures of door installations, she sent me others that helped with my personal choice of a door. Felix came out to install the new door and opener. He was friendly, reliable, and professional. He took time in putting the door together and considered my opinion in positioning of the "extras". When it came time to put the opener up, he had a little unexpected snafoo in relationship to positioning and the windows. No worries, he was able to make adjustments and all I can say is "Bravo Felix" for a fantastic job!!

Drew contacted me to let me know he would arrive early. He then activated two new remotes and got them to work with one old remote I had. He also explained what was wrong with the keypad and that it would require a replacement of the garage door opener when it finally broke.

I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of garage door service. Eric was here tonight for a few hours repairing my door with new springs and modifying an odd apparatus that was installed by the previous owner to open a double-sized door from one side. The normal access to the springs and opening equipment was almost inaccessible. He had to permanently modify his tools to accommodate my abnormal door, and without hesitation, he cut off lengths of his torque release/tension rods in order to release/apply tension to the springs. I really appreciated his upbeat attitude and determination through some unforeseen challenges to complete the job! He was extremely professional, and will request him specifically to perform all my garage door service from now on. Thanks a bunch!

I found Precision on Google and decided to use them due to their weekend availability (no other outfit was willing to install a garage door opener on Sunday). Ron arrived on time, made sure my existing garage door was in good working order, explained to me the process of installing the new opener, and 2 hours later, walked me through its operation. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a reliable service provider.
