I highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs and/or installations. The seal on our garage door came completely off. When I chatted online with them, they were excellent. When Drew, our tech, came out, he had all of the information he needed within 15 minutes. Gave us a quote, went to get the parts, and was done within an hour of his second visit. Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! We had experienced a couple incidences of our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision and they got us scheduled the next day on a Sunday at normal rates even though it was during the weekend. David Mackay was our technician and we considered how much longer we should keep investing in repairs to an approximately 20 year old opener. Just so happened that a friend of mine mentioned that he had a belt opener and was happy with it. From speaking with David, we decided to have a whole new belt opener installed. So thankful to God and happy that we did. David did a wonderful job installing it and finished in a surprisingly quick time. He explained the operation and I was very impressed on how quiet it ran. Thank you David. Also wanted to note that the price of the new opener was very reasonable. Thank you again.

Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. I was very satisfied with precision. I found them the first time about a year ago on angle's list. They fixed my garage door opener. The technicians was very knowledgeable. This last time I had a spring break called precision to have it repaired. They responded quickly to my call, the owner showed up to take a look at everything for me. my torque/spring bar fail with a broken spring. I call Precision door repair and today Drew Stewart came to my house and put in a new spring/torque system. An expert repair man that knows doors and very much a gentleman. I enjoy people who do no swear. Drew was that kind of man. I would give him a "5" on a scale of one to five. I called to schedule an appointment for a cable repair on my garage door, and unexpectedly, received same-day service! I was quite happy with that! My installer was Dave, and he assessed the hardware and pointed out that all was old and should be replaced, especially with it being a heavy wooden garage door, and the frequency of it's use. I never felt suspicious that he was trying to up-sell, to make the visit more worth-while to the business - he just offered a common-sense evaluation, and I was sold on the spot! The work was exemplary, and the door works the best it's ever worked! I will definitely recommend the company to anyone that needs your service!

I had a garage door spring brake this morning and I was not sure who to call. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and decided to give you a call. That decision turned out to be the best decision I could have made for garage door repairs. When I called and explained the problem the representative said they would have a technician (Dave) out to my house by 3:00 pm. I must say I was very surprised, I thought I would have to wait several days. Dave explained the problem to me, made several recommendations to me for the repair and we decided on the best fix. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Felix. He was thorough in explaining the condition of our doors and what we could do to improve their performance. He did not pressure us to do anything beyond the basic door tune up. We did decide to install new rollers to quiet the door's operation.
