5 stars Two new single-car garage doors and belt-drive openers were installed by two technicians working side-by-side. Removed and took away 37 year old wooden doors and openers. Completed on a Saturday morning in about 3 hours. Impressive to watch! Very satisfied with the quality of the products and installation.

Garage spring broke on our door and I called Precision. was given an appointment the very next day. The technician called prior to the specified time to let me know that he would be there within a 1/2 hour. Mark, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. He offered a couple of options and explained each in detail, with no pressure sales tactic. He completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the process from appointment to having the door fixed. All companies should be this good..

I was very pleased with the service Precision provided. For a few weeks I was having trouble on and off with my garage door not going up all the way. Although the technician (Dave Mackay) did not find anything essentially wrong, he did make an adjustment and lubricated some areas. It is working fine now. I was also glad to have everything checked over for proper functioning. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues; they are extremely professional and honest. I would rate them a 5.

Mark Sherman phoned ahead and arrived right on time. He quickly explained the range of options and what the cost/limitations of each option would be. He started working immediately and worked without any wasted effort until the work was completed in a neat and professional manner. Your service was excellent. Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. I called and made an appointment Dave Mackay was excellent, he came early and assessed the entire door operation and gave us choices of what we could do. There was no pressure to do additional work. as I too am in the service business, I can appreciate how we were treated. I would definitely use your company again. 5+ stars.

We found Precision Door's ad in the online website. We were given the standard service call price, time and date by a secretary. When Dave Mackay arrived he explained the possible problems and how they would range in cost to fix. We let him get to work. After a few minutes he knocked on the door and told us the price and that it would be the standard service fee of $49. plus tax. He then took us see the part involved and the cause of the problem...my husband's accidental cutting of a wire. This man deserves a 5 Star Rating!

The tech's had to replace the garage opener/motor as the handheld remote would not work. They were here on time and did what they had to do to and were out in no time. To my satisfaction. They went over the warrenties and the safety features and the proper use of how to use the remote control. did a fine job.
