Mark Sherman showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. A few adjustments and my garage door was working fine again. I have used Precision Door Service twice before and have always been happy with their work and courteousness.

On time, fast, quality and friendly. Mark didn’t do any more than he needed to and explained the process start to finish. Has the bearings and springs replaced with a higher quality in 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and precise in describing the work that needed to be done in order to make the door work like new. He was efficient and accomplished the task quickly. The Precision employee arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and estimates on the repair. The repair was made quickly and all in all the service was professional and everyone we had contact with was courteous. I would highly recommend them if you need repairs done right and in a timely manner.

He cleaned up his mess before he left, lubricated the moving parts of the garage door. Very pleased and the garage door still works!

Dave was actually one hour earlier than the appointed time . He called ahead which was great. Service was terrific. He explained the needed repair and checked out several other doors for possible problems. I rate this company a 5 and will use them again.

The service was top-notch. Dave was our tech. He arrived early and had a challenge since the door was broken and not an easy access to get in the garage. But he did and was able to repair all the cables, springs, etc. Plus the actual door opener had burned out and he replaced that too. It is like brand new! He was so pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend the service. Thank you!!
