Thought I would have to wait until next day but then they called back with time in 1 hour....great!!! We were very happy with the service performed by your technician, Mark Sherman. He was courteous and explained everything in a straight forward manor. He showed us what the problem was and that besides the cable we knew was broken, both of the brackets that hold the cable's were clearly on the verge of failure. We had no suspicion that he was trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He also informed us of the age of the door and opener and told us when they might expect to need replacing. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to call Precision for any future garage door repairs.

Ron came out a very short time after I called. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was very interested in doing a great job and making sure I was a satisfied customer. He provided repair options and clearly outlined the cost of each. He had all of the parts necessary to do the job on the spot. He even reprogrammed the system in our 2 vehicles so that they could open the door. I would recommend him to anyone and have! A true professional!

my friends in Newark gave me the name of this firm. prompt, pleasant and great technician. Mr. Arena came when promised, spent lots of time explaining to me what our problem was, gave suggestions as to how to maintain the work he did. He probably could have told me I needed a new door and new opener, but was very honest and rebuilt the hardware and related items on my existing wooden door. he also simply adjusted the existing opener. I was impressed with that. neat worker and again, impressed with his not selling me anything more than I needed!

Garage door opener had partially fallen from the ceiling, leaving it hanging and all wiring pulled out. The house is for sale and a showing was scheduled. I called and they fit in a repair in a hurry. Mark was friendly, but got down to business quickly and had the job done in about 1 hour. The office personnel were friendly and I am thankful to them as well for being able to make this happen. They arranged for Mark to call in advance so I knew when he was on his way.

mark was very helpful on the install of our new opener. he quickly detected the problem with the old and had a replacement installed within a matter of minutes. (so it seemed). minutes after he left, i called with a squeaking issue, he returned and fixed the problem. Once I found what was wrong with my garage door I figured it would have to be replaced, well Ron came out and said he could fix it at a lot less cost, kind of strange that someone offers help nowdays, anyway, Ron not only fixed the door he pointed out where a previous company had installed the wrong parts and he replaced those as well, being honest the door works better now then ever before. My hats off to Precision Door, I seldom rank companies at the highest as I always feel there is room for improvement but in this case the rating is the best I can give them.
