The service was top-notch. Dave was our tech. He arrived early and had a challenge since the door was broken and not an easy access to get in the garage. But he did and was able to repair all the cables, springs, etc. Plus the actual door opener had burned out and he replaced that too. It is like brand new! He was so pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend the service. Thank you!!

Incredible Customer Service!!! I got a return call after hours, Ron came to the house the next day, such a nice guy and very professional! A week later, Mark shows up, he called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled! Terrific guy! Oh yeah, as for the product, they replaced a large garage door on a pole barn, very reasonably priced! Beautiful door with a new key pad and two remotes!! Thanks so much and if you are reading this review and looking for a new door or service, look no further. These guys are real deal and you will be very pleased!! Good luck!

We saw an ad in the phone book yellow pages that stated Precision worked on our make of garage door opener. It was great to communicate with a person when we called. I also liked the internet connection, to confirm appts., and pictures and brief bios of the technicians. The reviews were also helpful and interesting. Ron arrived both days on the early side of the estimated appointment time. Ron replaced the mother board in our opener very reasonably. It's been working great ever since. Thanks, Ron. We have a two bay garage and both doors were in need of upgrade/repair. Called Precision on a Friday, technician was there on Saturday (called ahead to ask if he could move appt time up, Yes pls!). Dave didn't attempt to sell us anything we didn't need, performed upgrade/repair on both doors and opener installation the same day. Special request to replace gasket seals on bottom of each door (special material not std on the truck) was accommodated within a few days. Best contractor experience we have had in a long time. Will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends.

Precision Door offers quality workmanship at a very fair price. The coil spring broke on our 23 year old garage door. I did a good deal of searching on line and spoke to friends and Precision Door was the obvious choice. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and the call was answered promptly. We set up an appointment for Monday afternoon with Ron. Ron called ahead and we were able to meet early than originally scheduled. Ron explained what could be done, repair the spring and service the door Vs replace the entire door. I ended up choosing to replacing the door as some panels were damaged and Ron said they could do the work by Wednesday Jan 31. Dave arrived Wednesday and had the door fully installed inside of three hours. Thank you, John N

I'm sorry but I have forgotten the technicians name who repaired my door but he did a great job. The original call was for a broken spring but he pointed out that the door needed an overhaul. I knew that it did but he quoted a price and time which mus much less than I anticipated. He did the job quickly and adjusted the door opener afterward. The door has never operated as smoothly as it does now. Great job done timely and at a fair price. Thank you A definite 5 star

5 stars: experienced a complete shut down of garage door unexpectedly late on a thursday night. Called Precision first thing friday and they showed up that day and fixed our door. We're so happy with our new door. It's adds so much curb appeal to our house. The quality surpasses what I thought a garage door was. It's so solid and well built. New to the area, never had a garage door opener and it wasn't working so I went to the phone book. Ad looked professional and there was a discount for mentioning ad. Thought I would have to wait until next day but then they called back with time in 1 hour....great!!! Super serviceman. Came in, told us the problems, and how to fix the problems. Cost up front, and that is what we paid-no hidden charges. Adjusted the runners, greased the rollers, set up the radar lights, handed us the remotes, gave us a quick lesson on how to use, and was on his way within an hour. Highly recommend.
