I had planned on calling Sears because the garage had a VERY old Craftsman operating system when I bought my house. It was noisy, unreliable, and "on its way out". A family friend/contractor referred me to Precision. The service was timely and affordable. I've only had the new operating system for less than a week, but so far I'm quite happy with it! Felix, my technician, answered all my questions and was easy to work with. He did not leave until I fully understood the installation, method of use, and reviewed all terms of my bill and warranty. I'm very happy I called Precision and will recommend your company to others.

Prompt, friendly service. Reasonable price and accurate estimate. Felix was both professional and personable and I will definitely be using him when it is time to replace my doors altogether.
