I heard a lot of good things about Precision from a friend Claxton Wells. Felix showed up when scheduled and was very professional. He adjusted my door and looked over everything to make sure it was in proper working condition. He also answered all questions and gave me information on a new door when we are ready. The door opener that I picked out over the phone was not the one that was installed. I thought that I arrainged a belt driven door opener with a lifetime warrently on the motor and the belt. A chain driven unit was installed. Since I was not able to be home at the time I had a someone meet the technician at the house. In my mind I thought the technician would be informed of the unit I had asked for over the phone. This was not the case, and I am partly responsible for not communicating what I had purchased to my friend that was meeting the technician. I really thought that everything was set up when I made my selection over the phone. Something to consider is to communicate the selection with the technician before they reach the customers house. According to my friend, the technician had no idea what I had selected. This was a learning experience for me. Thank you for your time. Oh and by the way, I do like the new opener.

Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen

I had purchased garage door openers in East Rochester, so when I had trouble with my garage door I automatically called Precision. I had the pleasure of meeting Felix who was very pleasant and explained everything. Everything went well for a few days and then there was a bumping noise when the door opened. Within hours of my call Felix returned and fixed the cable and explained the problem. Problem solved!

Purchased a garage door tune up through Angie's List. As one of Angie's Lists top rated businesses, in combination with the price for the service, I couldn't resist the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. The technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The job he did was excellent and we no longer have a squeaky, noisy garage door. I would call this company for any future trouble with our garage door.

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Felix arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours.

Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!

The repair of my broken spring was not a small investment. The age of my door made direct replacement of components impossible so new hardware needed to be installed to accept the new spring type. Felix did a great job explaining the best approach to my upgrade and put a package together that insured future expected repair issues were taken care of during this visit. A little education by Felix went a long way in understanding the superior products used by Precision. I replaced my springs and associated hardware as well as installed new rollers. Thank you Felix.
