Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!

The repair of my broken spring was not a small investment. The age of my door made direct replacement of components impossible so new hardware needed to be installed to accept the new spring type. Felix did a great job explaining the best approach to my upgrade and put a package together that insured future expected repair issues were taken care of during this visit. I had planned on calling Sears because the garage had a VERY old Craftsman operating system when I bought my house. It was noisy, unreliable, and "on its way out".
