Technician arrived to install a garage door opener that I had purchased. The tech showed up without a ladder tall enough to perform the work and then informed me that since the box was open (it was torn) that he couldn’t install it. He insisted that we return it and get a new unit.

The tech was nice but he did not fix the issue yet still charged me. He suggested changing the light bulbs in my garage. Yet I told him the problem was present before Led bulbs were around. He wanted to sell me a new door. He did adjust my springs yet I still have the sane issue which is ny remotes don't work well outside the garage. He told me to change the main light bulbs in the garage which are never on when I close and open the door. So I'll call profetta who I've had good luck k with.

Way to expensive for a repair job. Going to look somewhere else, anywhere else at this point to get my door fixed

I called them for garage door service. They agreed on $65 service cost and $60 for the garage door wire. Garage door wire cost $10-15 bucks in Home Depot only. And then there were other parts which cost 3-5 bucks in home depot they charge five times for the part. End up fixing garage door for approx $200 dollar which could be repaired from less than $100 if I have chosen other places. If you ask for the service from this place I would recommend make sure you buy your own stuff from home depot or Lowe’s.

The service call was a waste of time. My original phone call for service indicated that a new rubber bottom would be installed The clerk on the phone was useless. She should have asked about our dooor so as to not waste time. I kept this morning open to be here for nothing We have chosen a local vendor to repair our door. Disappointed in Precision performance We have used you in the past with no problem Sorry

The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.
