Ron, I was initially disappointed that I had agreed to let you install the wrong door (a different one came in than I ordered), but decided it was not worth waiting another 4-6 weeks...and now I am happy with the new door. I liked the way Ron explained what needed to be done. I did have to have him come back because the limit switch popped out and the door did not work correctly. The only suggestion I would have would be to expedite an appointment in that situation. I would use the service again.
