I liked the way Ron explained what needed to be done. I did have to have him come back because the limit switch popped out and the door did not work correctly. The only suggestion I would have would be to expedite an appointment in that situation. I would use the service again.

Evening appointments provided our initial interest. We have had past satisfactory experience with Precision. This time, we needed a cable replacement. The work was done quickly and a very thorough explanation was given on how to make the repair last longer. I was treated with respect (which is rare these days in the service community). Great people to do business with!

Ron, I was initially disappointed that I had agreed to let you install the wrong door (a different one came in than I ordered), but decided it was not worth waiting another 4-6 weeks...and now I am happy with the new door. You were honest about what might have happened (that it may have been your company's fault and not the manufacturer) and I respect you for that. You're great to deal with, and did a great job installing it. I will call you if I ever back through the door again!
