Overall service was fine. One issue: we were told the technician would arrive between 10A.M.-noon (I have the email), but he arrived at 9:00 A.M. which was a bit inconvenient.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Precision was a positive one. Ronnie was personable and performed the service to my garage door quickly and to my satisfaction. The only negative was he was 30 minutes late. I would hire Precision again for any garage door work I need in the future.

We called Precision based on other reviews we had seen on line. They were very easy to work with. The appointment was scheduled with ease, the technician called prior to showing up and when they came they were professional and gave me my options. We decided to not have our current door repaired but to rather purchase a new opener. The technician gave me an estimate of how long it would take and stayed within that time frame. The only thing I didn't like was they did not give me the option to use the current wiring but rather ran new wires in my garage. At the end of the day it's not a huge deal but that's why I didn't give them five stars. I would have like to have had input into the decision.

Mark was very helpful, with lots of good information; he did an excellent installation job. Two minor quibbles: (i) what I told on the phone didn't match the price initially charged due to the addition of a service charge (Mark corrected this immediately when I complained) and (ii) the opener, which is very nice and quiet, has the new MyQ Security 2.0 rolling code system and it does not work with the Homelink receiver in my 20121 car. This was rather annoying to learn after the fact. The incompatibility is not Precision's fault but it seems to me that I should have been informed of the possibility that there could be a compatibility issue before installation, as such problems are known. Homelink is sending a repeater kit to help me solve this problem (for the cost of shipping only). But dealers should press Liftmaster to include this kit with their units (or provide them free to dealers to include as a free add-on for customers that need it) for the next several years.

We had work done by Profetta in the past and were NOT satisfied with the service we received so when my garage door spring broke I went online to shop around. First I was impressed with the readability of Precision's web page. It told me all I needed to know without much hunting around. Secondly I read the reviews and compared them with other companies reviews from only customers in my area and I was very impressed with comments regarding Precision's punctuality, leaving the job site tidy and very impressed with their 24-7 service availability. Although I wasn't in a rush, that could've easily been the case and it was great to know Precision was willing to be there for me! When I called around 3:30 in the afternoon one day to make an appointment, the girl was almost apologetic that a technician probably couldn't get to me until after 5pm which may cost extra. I was touched by her concern, but didn't need the job done ASAP anyways, and here I was just hoping I could have someone come out by the end of the week and my springs were replaced within about 1hour first thing the next morning! Felix was courteous, friendly and went right to work once he got past the toad. I'm sure I'll be calling upon Precision down the road again someday. Thanks Precision for being professional and thoughtful about your customers needs!

I was in the market to replace my screw drive garage door opener that was continually failing in the colder weather. Your web site was very informative and helpful in explaining the 3 opener model options and explained why the screw drive was really not the best choice for this climate. Your pricing for the 3280 1/2 HP Belt Drive unit with installation was very affordable, and Josh Arena was very professional with the service he provided.
