Our garage door broke today and Precision Door gave us fast and great service. We would definitely recommend them. We were referred by our daughter who was very pleased with their work. Precision Door fixed her garage door when other companies wouldn't even come out to give her an estimate because the door was not a standard size.

Ron called me to let me know that he was on his way to my house and would be there in about 20 minutes. He actually arrived 5 minutes early. I explained the problem and he went right to work. He said that he'd let me know when he'd solved the problem. Approximately 20 minutes later he explained the problem with my garage door opener and showed me what he'd done to correct the problem. He let me know that my opener was 20 years old so he left me information on a new garage opener. He explained that everything was fine but if I had problems in the future I might consider getting a new opener. HE WAS GREAT!

Why won't the garage door go up? Help, I can't get the car out of the garage! My husband noticed that there was a break in the spring. We called Precision and a repairman was at our home within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair in no time at all. Great service from a professional who knew what he was doing. Very thankful.

We continue to be impressed with the outstanding service we receive from Precision. Twice in the past month we have called for service and have been extremely satisfied. This most recent time we needed a new garage door opener and Eric was our technician. He explained the various options available, then quickly and efficiently installed the opener. He then took the time to explain all the new controls and how to operate them, and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We would be delighted to recommend Precision!

Drew/Precision was great. Actually called and arrived early. The garage door spring broke over the weekend and had service on Monday. We had been looking at replacing the garage door opener with WiFi capability and discussed options and costs and in less than 2 hours, both the spring and opener were replaced.

I was very glad to be able to get someone to come to the house on a Sunday morning to replace my garage door opener - my door was stuck in the open position and my emergency release wasn't working! Eric arrived early, was helpful and very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained my options and worked efficiently to get it done so I could get on with my day.

Just had Ron fix our broken door springs and lube the rollers. The door works so much better now. Ron was here at the time he stated and performed a quick repair. Our new garage door and opener were installed December of 2017 and Precision did have to come back to install the vinyl for the door in January of 2018. From my initial talks with getting a quote through the installation process I could not have been happier. My installer Drew was extremely knowledgeable, talented and helpful with setting up devices. He was very professional throughout the installation. Mary whom I was in contact with for scheduling kept me up to date with timing and availability and worked around any scheduling issues that needed to be addressed.

Great job by Mark Sherman today. Mark was very professional and personable. He explained what the problems were, checked over all parts and did not try to sell parts that were not needed. Mark made adjustments, lubed everything and now the door goes up and down properly. Thanks Mark, I will definitely call again if needed.

Had a problem with garage door not opening completely. problem intermittent. Technician made adjustments and issue resolved. Door was inspected by another garage door company several months ago and said all was ok. Made no adjustments, Door subsequently failed and auto damaged to the tune of $1000.00

These guys are professionals from the first call, all of the way through the installation. They called when on the way to the job with an ETA. I knew who to expect, because they sent an email with his picture. The installation was done with high quality and Felix was very professional. Nice guy! If your door is broken, call these guys.
