We had a new garage door opener installed by Mark Sherman and his associate on !/2/2018. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. Then the technician arrived at my place at the time I was told he would. After his examination of my current opener hi recommended the one that would be best for me. My spring snapped on my garage door and I was referred to Precision by a friend who used them and said they are great. They were! I called at 8 am and they were at my house at 3! On time, personable - took care of it in 20 minutes!!! Great service - would use them again and highly recommend. Reasonable price!

We had Precision Door Service of Rochester at our home initially for two garage door repairs. And then scheduled another service call for installation of two new garage door openers. Called Precision at 4pm, they had the spring (and some associated parts) replaced before the time of the appointment. There was a charge for emergency service, but I'd expect that when you're asking someone to show up after ours. The technician left the parts and provided an explanation of what was broken. Door is working just fine

After scheduling for an emergency service, we were called to say there was a new opening to service our door earlier. The service man called to say he was on his way and when to expect him. He was prompt and inspected everything to be sure that the gear replacement was all that was needed. He explained what was needed and what the options were. Ron Kull is an outstanding professional! He was at our house less than 12 hours from when we called on a Sunday night. He diagnosed the problem and installed new springs in just over a half hour. Precision was the only business willing to address our need the same day. The service tech (Mark) arrived 2hrs earlier than expected and took care of the issue. The temperature was 5 degrees that evening. He was professional and resolved the issue promptly. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and work done but more importantly we felt like they really cared because of the timely response. I received call backs from other companies for the next days but they were too late. My family will do business with precision and refer our friends as well. Thank you!
