Both were prompt and on time as promised, calling ahead to tell me they were on their way. I’m enjoying the new quietness of the new door replacing a 40 + yr original door. I was happy with my entire experience with Precision. I was able to set up an appointment through the chat feature after working hours. It was great that they have Saturday appointments too. Mark called when he was half an hour away which was helpful. Mark was awesome! He was able to explain what needed to be done to ensure safe operation of my garage door. The cables, pulleys and springs were all replaced and Mark installed safety cables on the springs. He was very professional and friendly. The difference in operation from before and after the service is incredible. The door is easier to lift and much quieter. The price quoted was the total at the end and was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
