Mark was great. He explained the situation, pointed out more cost effective options (long-term), but also listened and responded to my particular concerns and limited options (short-term). Ultimately he guided me to the best solution for the moment and suggested options for a long-term solution within our local constraints. it was a Sunday morning when the cable on my 24 year old garage door broke. I called Precision and by mid afternoon Mark from Precision had replaced both cables and had my door up and running. Great service all the way around and I would highly recomend them. Will be calling them in the Spring to replace my old door with a new insulated one.

Serviceman showed up early which was no problem; he completed the installation of the new rollers in a timely manner. He also installed a key to use in the event that the garage door power failed. The key and wire disconnects the cable from the motor so that you manually raise the door.

Called Precision and they were extremely helpful in setting up the appointment. Technician Mark came out and performed the install and he was great. He was on time, curteous, did a great job on the install and was thorough. Also, explained how the opener worked and helped me connect it to the already existing keypad. Mark also gave me tips on easy maintenance I could perform to increase the life of the opener and door.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR HONESTY. THE SPRNG HAD TO BE RECOILED AND THE BILL WAS ONLY $54. ONE GUY I CALLED BEFORE I CALLED PRECISION WANTED $63 JUST TO LOOK AT IT!! CROOKED CONTRACTORS COULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW SPRING AND CHARGED ME A LOT. ITS HARD TO FIND HONEST PEOPLE AND I WILL USE THEM WHENEVER I NEED THEM.

After doing some on-line research, I decided to go with Precision for my new garage door opener. Their Chamberlain openers are great and much quieter than my old machine. Precision's pricing is competitive and their service was top notch. They showed up right on time and did a great job on the installation.
