I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I was amazed to have same day service and the repair took less than an hour. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely be recommending him and this company to friends. Thank you for making an initially stressful situation into a great experience.

This is the third time I have used Precision and I want to tell you how pleased we have been! The technician called before arriving (on time!) and was great at explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. I had a new (replaced old garage door opener) garage door opener installed. It is so quet, and runs smoothly. My technician Dave Mackay was excellent!! Very efficient, did a great job and we could not be more pleased. I will tell my friends and anyone who asks who I would recommend and I will say: PRECISION DOOR SERVICE!! Again, thank you all for excellent work and very well trained technicians. Sincerely, Cynthia Denas

Outstanding!!! HE CAME ready to install. Most quiet door opener i ever herd. He replaced a unit with the first letter of the name being "G" that was only a few years old and was not good at all. They dont make them the way they usedto. Real Quality with the new one and life time warrantee. Happy Camper!

Great service and garage door. One panel of my door came dented from the manufacturer. The door was installed and the payment was not taken until the new panel was installed. It was installed today. The door is great. Fantastic technicians. I have recommended Precision to numerous friends and family.

It took a little time for the garage doors to arrive from the manufacturer but it was well worth the wait. The actual installation went as smooth as silk. Dave and Fred arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were installing two single garage doors after they had removed the old wooden doors. They asked us questions whenever there was an option available and completed the installation on time and to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own home.

Dave Ackley just finished up getting our garage door working perfectly again. He was prompt in his arrival, even early. He pointed out how the door could potentially be improved with some new parts. Great Job!

Very nice job. Fixed the obviously broken spring, and maintained the rest of the door system. Both garage doors are now tiptop.

Ron met me at my daughter's home to review options for a new garage door. He was extremely helpful, competent, and professional. He explained our options, made recommendations, and provided a very fair and comparable price for the service. Most importantly, the new door will be delivered and installed three days from now on a Sunday. I would recommend the services of Precision Door without any hesitation.

Called for advice, scheduled an appointment for the same day. Dan quickly found the problem and corrected the malfunction. He explained what he did so next time maybe I could repair myself. Nice guy for sure glad I made the call.

Serviceman called early to advise he would be a little late (really wasn't late). Gave me recommendations (normal sales stuff) but had no problem when I chose option I needed. Installed quickly & didn't seem to mind me watching. Too dangerous to try myself..... Was very satisfied with price and installation.

We converted our old two-door garage into a handsome new 17 foot door. What a difference!! Not just in the ease of car entry and exit, but in the “size” of the garage. Thank you Precision for your advice and installation. Our garage suddenly grew larger!

Before deciding which garage door company to choose, I got estimates from all of them. There wasn't a big difference in prices but there was a huge difference in way of doing business. Precision was the winner by far. Now that the job is finished, I know I made the right choice.

Amazing service!!! And FAST!!! We had a beautiful new garage door installed a few years ago by Precision and knew that it was only a matter of time before we needed a new garage door opener. They never tried to push that on us either and said that the one we had was still working fine. Well..... today was the day that it stopped working! I called Precision at 11:15 and the whole thing was installed by 1:00!! Great people!!! Thank you so much!!!

Yes, I ran into my own garage door! I only wish I could have blamed someone else. However, it only got better from that point on. I called Precision and Ron came out the next morning. What a pro! He helped me choose the right door at a great price, and arranged to have it installed two days later. Dave arrived right on time and was finished in a flash. He cleaned up all the old door parts, the boxes, everything. Precision recycles and that's very important to me. Most of all, l LOVE my new garage door. It's better than I imagined. Thanks Precision. You've earned my business.

Dave just left doing the repair on my door & all seems well now. Very pleased with the service & Dave's professionalism. He was very sincere in wanting to know that I was satisfied with the job, which I am. We talked a little about having a new door installed & it's something I'll definitely consider in the future. If & when I do, I'll definitely give your company the job. Thanks again.

After a rough start and a few SNAFUs, I'm happy to report that my new garage door is very garage doory! Honestly though, Drew had a rough time of it between a door screen he had never seen and then finding out that the wrong sized door had been sent. He was rightfully frustrated, but kept calm and showed nothing but a professional demeanor. Once the initial humps were dealt with, things went smoothly and as an added bonus, the door was 100% finished just as the rain hit. Hopefully will never need a new door again, but if I do I know who I will call!
