The installer did an excellent job installing our new garage door! It was a extremely cold winter day with wind chills below zero and he got the job done in 4 hours. I would recommend them for a new garage door purchase and installation.

A friend referred me to Precision for installing a garage door opener that I had already purchased. I've lived in my home for 20 years and was always told there wasn't enough clearance for an opener. I was determined, so I ordered an opener online that I was sure would work. Dave came out to install it and sure enough he wasn't 100% certain it would fit. Instead of opening the box and assembling it (I would not have been able to return it), he had an opener that would work and the cost was a little less. Dave worked in sub-zero temperature and did a fantastic job installing the opener. He was professional, prompt, and an overall nice guy. I will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs.

Five Stars. My garage door opener failed the other nite in brutally cold weather. I called and quickly secured an appointment for the next morning. Felix arrived on-time and worked in zero degree weather without complaint. He repaired the opener, provided some maintenance tips, and was on his way to the next call. I highly recommend Precision.

Torsion spring broke at 7:30pm on a cold, snowy Saturday night and we were scheduled to head out of town on vacation the next day. I called and the operator said they could send someone between 10:00 pm & Midnight. Felix arrived shortly after 10:00 pm and the door was fixed before 11:00 pm. I appreciated the appointment confirmation e-mail that included the name of the technician who would be coming, with a link to his bio, including picture and testimonials from other customers about his work for them.

My roller on one side had come off a track, which had rusted badly at the base. Mark came out on a Saturday and did a quick fix that let me open and close the door. He returned the following weekend and gave my old door mechanisms a complete rebuild. Now it opens and closes better than I can remember. I'm a happy new customer.

Dave Mackay and a trainee did a great job. Besides replacing a broken spring and the spring on the other side, they inspected the rollers, cables and bearings. They recommended replacing the pulley and center bearings which I agreed to do. They then showed me the old bearings and how bad they were. They lubricated the door rollers, new springs and new bearings. They reviewed the bill with me. They were professional and very pleasant to work with.

I was impressed that a repair person could come out within 1 day after I called. The opener is working fine and the repair was less than half the price of a replacement opener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision. This was the second time we used Precision. They replaced our door two years ago and we've received a lot of compliments on it.

Broken Spring, cables and rollers replaced, quickly and efficiently. While I hope not to need to call again for a long time, I would do so in an instant if the need arose. The people on the phone doing the scheduling were pleasant and Ron was great - answered questions as he went along and made the door work better than it had before the spring broke. We had need of a return visit, to make a minor adjustment and that too was well taken care of, both in scheduling and adjusting.

I had used another company to install my garage door & opener in 2003. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and liked that it was accredited by the BBB. Felix was my repairman. He did an absolute fabulous job of fixing my garage door. He explained in detail what he was doing and showed me as he went along. I love my garage door now! It opens and closes so smoothly. He also suggested I later have the rollers replaced. I plan on doing that. I am so happy that I called Precision and have already told my friends about your excellent customer service. Precision was the firm I purchased the opener from, so I turned to you for repairs. As always the responsiveness and service from Precision was 5- Star. It was a nice touch getting a heads-up e-mail including the name and photo of the technician who would arrive later in the day. Felix called to see if I minded him arriving a little early....of course not! This is the 2nd time due to freeze and thaw that my door jumped the track....last time the (anonymous) technician said since I was the cheeriest person he had dealt with that day, the quick fix was no-charge. Thank-you to your team!

The spring on our 1939-model flip-up garage door sprung its moorings with a bang; I called you guys based on these reviews and Mark Sherman came out on a bitter-cold morning, pronounced the spring itself (long out of production) OK and drilled it back in better than it had ever been, spray-lubricated everything and threw in a new door handle -- quick, all business, and reasonable. Bought us some time and when this finally does quit we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Dave was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. He even assessed that my springs were at the wrong tension and adjusted them immediately to ensure that my new opener would work at it's best. I recommend them and will call them again if ever needed.
