Ron (the owner) was punctual, very pleasant, and professional. Got my garage door opener working and all remotes synched, which makes life so much easier when you don't have to get out of your car to open and close the door! Will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

This is the second time we have used Precision for a garage door repair and we wouldn't use anyone else!! We had a dent in the door that was hit by our hired plow man. The garage door made a horrible sound so we called Precision Door to come out to look at it .We have used Precision in the past and have been very satisfied. Mark Sherman came out and replaced the roller that popped out and told us the panel was bent but could be used but not sure how long it would work till it pop's out again. It was about a week so we called again and we met Ron and ordered a new door!! Everyone was so professional ,honest and wonderful to work with. finally Drew installed garage door and opener in a speedy and professional manner . I will give five stars to all!!!!! And the product is awesome too!!!!

Dave came out promptly the day after we telephoned to our property in Mendon, NY to repair tired garage door openers. He readily repaired one. The other opener was so outdated with no safety sensor and not to code. Dave thoroughly discussed our options to update & replace opener. Although Dave didn't have new opener we chose on his truck, he came back the very next morning, installed & waved cost coming out to our home a second time. Superior technician, quality products, tremendous price! Call Precision!!

We had an issue with our opener and it just wasn't reliable. It was a chain drive that made lots of noise in addition to refusing to work at the most inopportune moments. Ron gave me a quote on a new belt drive unit and when we had finally had it with our old opener I called to have it replaced. They offered to do it the next day, on a Sunday! The installation was done quickly, professionally, and our new opener is nearly silent in comparison to the old unit.

The company that I had used previously for some garage door repairs was unable to respond when I needed emergency service, so I called Precision - and am very glad I did. I recently purchased a new garage door from Precision Overhead Door and also had a new opener installed. My estimate was performed at the time I was promised and everything explained to me in great detail. The new door was installed in under a week and I was more than satisfied with the product as it exceeded my expectations. My technician did a great job and his attention to detail was impeccable as well. The price of everything was also better than many others that I spoke with and the product better as well. As a senior Vice President of an organization that provides customer service to fortune 50 companies I know the importance of customer service and will certainly recommend Precision to any one in need of a garage door or related services. I was able to get in touch with someone"live" right away on the weekend. It was a call-center, but they forwarded my message right away. Other companies just had an answering "machine". That was huge to me. We paid more for emergency service, but it was well worth it and we were happy with the follow through. Our tech was great, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We really like to communication process when kept us informed that our request was received and service schedule. Then we got another call to let us know exactly when our tech would be there. We will definitely go with Precision for any future garage door needs.

When the spring to my garage door broke on a Thursday morning, I called the two places I knew to schedule a repair. One could come Friday afternoon and one on Monday. My car was in the garage and I could not open the door. Being without my car until then was not an option I looked online for another company and found Precision Garage Door. Their add said "same day repair" so I called them. They scheduled an appointment for between noon and two on Thursday! Dave MacKay arrived at 10:30 and offered to come back later if being early was inconvenient. Are you kidding? I was thrilled. He checked out the door, explained what was needed and fixed it right away. He had the parts in his van. I even got to use the online coupons! I would call Precision again and recommend them to others.

Felix called before he came at the appointed time. He worked quickly and showed me the broken part (the thing the chain goes around) and replaced same. He also did some routine maintenance for me. I am pleased with the quick response of Precision and will certainly call them again if there's a need.I would give Precision a 5 and Felix a five as well.

I can't say enough good things about Precision. Our tech Felix, went above and beyond fixing and fine tuning to make sure we were problem free. I would tell anyone to call Precision for any garage door needs!
