Called at 8:45 and Drew arrived less than 2hrs later. We discussed options on repairing the broken spring and worn bearings. His honesty was truly refreshing. As for the actual repair, not only was it completed promptly, but it was very apparent Drew takes great pride in his work. We chatted a bit and I found him to be exceptionally amicable, professional, and a truly interesting person to talk with. I would not hesitate to request Drew service our garage door and would readily recommend him to anyone. Good service and everything explained thoroughly. Curtious repair technicians. I understand why service charges are done. However if repairs are made service fees should be waved. If I decided not to use the service then the service charge would be changed to customers. Overall good service. This is the second time we used you and would considered again.

Drew Stewart installed a replacement garage door opener today. He was extremely prompt, efficient and very pleasant. He made sure that I operated the new equipment and was very helpful since I am in my late 80's. I would highly recommend him and the service was definitely five star.

On the sixth snowiest day of all time in this county, Precision got to our house for a busted spring on the garage. When the tech arrived, he got a call from the office saying they were going to close for the day due to weather, and, they should have closed, it was terrible out there. The technician stayed and fixed the garage before leaving. He is our HERO

I reported that my gargae door opened by it self and was making a noise with in 45 minutes of placing the call the gentleman was here diagnoised the problem and replaced the door opener, everything was done from the inital call to a finish product. David Mackay and Dave Ackley were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the 20 year old door opener and 40 year old rollers, then added security cables for the springs, all in about an hour. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Their instructions and explanations were clear and concise. I recommend these two gentlemen and Precision Door Service without reservation.

I called to have a faulty door opener repaired & service tech suggested I save my money for a new opener. Several months later I received new door, new opener w/key pad. The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I called Precision yesterday and Dave MacKay came out a couple hours later; we needed two new garage door openers and new springs on one of the doors (the other door had had a spring replaced a year or so ago). Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did the whole job that same day, finished up in a couple of hours. We were so relieved to have the job done so efficiently and quickly. My house was built in 1964 and contains a 15 foot by 7 foot wooden door. I doubt it has ever been serviced, I have been here for almost 39 yrs. The tracks were useable but the torsion springs, bearings, and rollers were shot. The door was far from being balanced and it would try to drop even if it was three fourths of the way open. Felix was the technician that came to review and fix the opening problems. Within 2.5 hours the door was working smoothly. It now will hold in place even open as low as one panel (1/4) of the way.
