We are very pleased with our new garage door opener, it is super quiet. Our installer Josh was very knowledgable and made the installation look so easy. He was also very nice and I give him alot of credit for working in the cold conditions, the day we had our opener installed it was freezing out. Thank you Josh for a GREAT job.

Precision was referred to my by my realtor, Ben Henderson. Ron Kull showed up assessed the situation within minutes ( a badly frayed cable), replaced faulty cable, balanced all forces, tightened bolts and voila! the door was good as new. Service was explained, efficient, technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience!

Ron did a great job. He was quick and made a recommendation to repair rather than replace which saved us $. Only drawback was that we had to wait three days to have the door fixed because they were booked.

I had a spring on the garage door brake on Friday and Precision was willing to make the repair on Sunday to mitigate the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Ron called before coming to make sure I was ready for the repair, very considerate. Ron explained all the options available from just repairing the spring to replacing the entire door. Ron did not pressure me in any way to purchase anything I did not feel I needed. The repair was made quickly and professionally. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

We had used Precision Garage door service a few years ago and were very satisfied with their service. Therefore when we had problem with garage door this time I immediately called Precision. The technician arrived right on appointed time. He immediately noticed the broken spring. Did 25 point Safety check. Replaced the spring, worn out bearings. Completed the job with in an hour. Now the door works as good as new.

Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am. My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.
