Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am. I thought he was courteous and did a good job. He recommended that I get 2 new springs which made sense to me...if one broke the other will probably go as well. Carol Gardner

Late on a Friday evening,the cable on my garage door broke after arriving home. The door was crooked, and would not move up or down. Thus my car was "stuck" in the garage. I called Precision early on Saturday, and a repair tchnician arrived within an hour. Felix was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the door in no time, and even identified some other potential issues with the door. He went the extra mile, and I am most appreciative. I would highly recommend Precision and Felix!

I could not recommend Precision and specifically, Josh Arena, enough! Mr. Arena is friendly, extremely knowledgable and thorough. He made sure to explain in detail what needed to be done, why, and the timeframe needed to accomplish it. His work was superb and he was patient with my elderly grandparents during the entire process..matter of fact, he even went above and beyond his duties by coming out to address a minor subsequent issue that originated on our end (not due to his service) Great job!

My experience with your company was excellent. I found you on-line and was impressd with the bios of your technicians (and impressed that you drug test). I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me. Mark was the technician who came to the appointment. I had 2 garage door openers installed. Mark took the time to explain everything to me....and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed that he took the time to go thru the receipt step by step. Mark made me feel comfortable with the entire process of garage door openers....and I heartily recommend him and your company. .

I needed a new door opener, and thought I might even need a new door, the old one being so noisy, shaky and generally unreliable. Mark's recommendations to replace just the parts, along with the new opener, mean that I now have a smooth, quiet, and reliable door, which functions just like a brand new one. Mark was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, friendly and delightful to work with. I will definitely recommend Precision.

We found them in the yellow pages once before and were extremely happy. We wanted to use the same company this time but couldn't remember who it was. We thought it was Precision and were happy to know it was the same company. Your service,quality & knowledgeable technician(Mark Sherman) is an asset. He was also very friendly,gave advice & answered questions. I also like the way you have the technician call to say they're on their way. The receptionist scheduling was very friendly & I like the way you can schedule within a window of time. We will use you again!

I've had Precision do a number of things for our garage door: routine maintenance (twice) and a new opener. This time it was to replace the main spring which had broken on a Saturday afternoon. Mark Sherman was able to come out that evening. He quickly assessed the needs, gave me options (without pressure) and accomplished the work professionally (but with a warm, personal manner). I thought the cost reasonable and the quality of workmanship high. I enthusiastically recommend both Precision and Technician Mark Sherman!!

Dear Precision, The Technician (Mark) was great. First he had "called" to say he was at a job site that was running bit longer than expected(which was fine since I was home for the remainder of the day anyway). Secondly, I had lost my voice with Laryngitis & Mark was able to talk to my husband on the phone & explain the door situation. And lastly he had given me great information to maybe replacing the door opener and how to keep the tracks from becoming flat & showed me how to tighten the bolts on the door. He was quick and very, very nice to have as a service Technician.
