Hello Ronnie, Thank you for the great service we received. Our door and opener was close to 20yrs old and we were having an ongoing issue of the opener not working properly when using the car or the wall unit. Being a chain drive opener, it failed on several occasions and of course it happened when you have an appointment. Mark, our technician did tell us it is old and that he could adjust it, as well as several other checklist items to make sure things are running smoothly. Being old, he could not say how long it would last, and that eventually it may need to be replaced. Since he had been early to our place, I asked him to go ahead and replace while he was here. I also asked about the noise and clunking that was irritating and could be heard throughout our house, upon operating the opener. He said it was due to the rollers. I also had him replace those with the newer ones that are much quieter. He inspected the springs, lubricated everything, explained the operation of the unit, and cleaned up. I was very satisfied with Mark's professionalism, his expert training he received from your company, and his personal devoted service. His honesty is also very much appreciated. Mark Sherman was excellent. This was an emergency service (Sunday) and he came around 6:00 pm. We called another place that offered similar services and they quoted an outrageous price over the phone without even seeing the issue. It was clear that the person did not want to do the work even though they offered emergency services. Mark was extremely accommodating and did the work in a well professional manner. There is no doubts that we will use Precision again when needed. They truly understand customer service!

I was very happy with the service and price. My garage door was not working very well intermittently (especially when it was colder than 20 degrees) in a house I recently purchased. Ron said we really needed a new opener. He had it installed in about an hour and I love it. It runs great (even at 5 below zero)and is super quiet. Ron was very nice and quite knowledgeable about garage doors. I would definitely recommend him. Came on time and did a great job.

I'm very happy with the 2 garage doors Ron installed, and the door opener Mark installed a week later to replace a failing old one. They were very pleasant and professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Precision. I never had to have my garage door repaired and didn't really know who to call. My garage door spring and cables broke on a weekend with my car stuck in the garage. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out and fix before Monday morning. I did an internet search and came across Precision who is a local company and has 24/7 answering service as well as weekend service. I was impressed that someone did answer my call on a Saturday evening and that there would be someone available to come out and fix my door. Ronnie was very professional, courteous, and patiently explained my options. He had my garage door fixed very quickly!

After examining our forty year old door Ron gave me the option to have the door replaced or repaired. I had already been told by another company that the door could not be repaired and that it would be dangerous to not have a new door installed. I chose "repair" I couldn't believe that in an hour Ron from Precision had our door running smoothly and quietly. It's great. It saved us a lot of money. Ron's quote for a new door turned out to be lower than other quotes I had. Because of their friendly, skilled professionalism and very fair pricing I will definitely be calling on Precision when it's time for a new door.
