I was very pleased with your service. 2 years ago, your company replaced all of the mechanics for both doors. Everything has worked well since. I switched from another door company, because every year I had to call them back. Your fee for making a house call is $40.00 less, which is a great deal for me, as I am a single mother. I called on a Wednesday, and got an appointment for Friday morning, which was what I wanted. Ron was very nice, and patiently answered all of my questions. I thought the fee for what I received was very fair. Thank You!

The repair of my broken spring was not a small investment. The age of my door made direct replacement of components impossible so new hardware needed to be installed to accept the new spring type. Felix did a great job explaining the best approach to my upgrade and put a package together that insured future expected repair issues were taken care of during this visit. A little education by Felix went a long way in understanding the superior products used by Precision. I replaced my springs and associated hardware as well as installed new rollers. Thank you Felix. Our not so old door would not open...we gave the installer a call and they could not come out for 36 hours. We called Precision and they committed to same day and actually came within 2 hours as they finished some other work faster than expected. Professionally done, very timely, good price...definitely will call again.

I had planned on calling Sears because the garage had a VERY old Craftsman operating system when I bought my house. It was noisy, unreliable, and "on its way out". A family friend/contractor referred me to Precision. The service was timely and affordable. I've only had the new operating system for less than a week, but so far I'm quite happy with it! Felix, my technician, answered all my questions and was easy to work with. He did not leave until I fully understood the installation, method of use, and reviewed all terms of my bill and warranty.
