Precision was called to repair a potentially dangerous situation on our garage door. The support bracket had failed and the spring was loose but under some tension. Precision sent over a repair man on New Years day. He responded on time and carefully explained to me what he was going to do and how long it would take to repair. At the completion of the job I was very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the repair man. This just solidified the reason why I contact Precision for all my repair needs. They have been my supplier for many years and the company that I will continue to call in the future.

Ronnie tried to make the system work with the current hardware. He called me out to the garage to demonstrate the problems. He explained in detail the source of the problem. At each step he pointed out the cost for each suggested change and the benefits. He showed me that the 1/4" cladding on the front of the garage doors was overriding the original springs. A very professional approach! Here are your problems; here are your solutions; here are your costs. We wish we had called years sooner!

My garage door stopped working today. What a day for it to conk out. Christmas Eve day. I called several Garage Door companies and all were closed because of the coming Christmas holiday.
