It was 6:30 PM and we needed our broken garage door spring fixed immediately; we were going out of town early the next morning. I checked in the yellow pages and saw the 24 hr. service advertised by Precision Overhead Garage Door. They answered their phone promptly and said someone would be there within 2 hours. Ron arrived in less than 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained our options and fixed our door quickly and efficiently--the entire experience was awesome. And by the way, it was about 5 degrees and snowy at the time of this service call.
