My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. I choose Precision through Angies List as I didn't really know too much about this type of thing. Precision came on time, fixed my problem and advised on any other things that were needed quoting me a price for future reference. They were not pushy. I was very pleased with their work.

I had a special request to take two perfectly good doors down so I could make some structural repairs on the wall they were attached to. Mark made special arrangements to remove the two doors in the morning and come back later that day to put them back up. Sounds strange, but Mark really helped out making the time to perform this task and giving me enough time to make the structural repairs then getting them re-installed asap. The doors work perfectly. I am pleased with the quality and expertise of Precision technician Mark Sherman.

Mark was very helpful, with lots of good information; he did an excellent installation job. Two minor quibbles: (i) what I told on the phone didn't match the price initially charged due to the addition of a service charge (Mark corrected this immediately when I complained) and (ii) the opener, which is very nice and quiet, has the new MyQ Security 2.0 rolling code system and it does not work with the Homelink receiver in my 20121 car. This was rather annoying to learn after the fact. The incompatibility is not Precision's fault but it seems to me that I should have been informed of the possibility that there could be a compatibility issue before installation, as such problems are known. Homelink is sending a repeater kit to help me solve this problem (for the cost of shipping only). But dealers should press Liftmaster to include this kit with their units (or provide them free to dealers to include as a free add-on for customers that need it) for the next several years.

We contacted Precision because you would take a service call on Labor Day weekend. We had a late appointment -- 5 to 7 pm -- but Mark had a cancellation and was able to see us at 2:30. He contacted us a half hour before to make sure we were available. He was informative and efficient in fixing our broken spring and adding a door overhaul; then we discovered the garage door opener had also failed, and agreed to make an appointment when he could return with the proper part. With both repairs he clearly communicated our choices; he was courteous and capable. We are very pleased with both the door repair and our new garage door opener.

Our garage door spring had broken on a Sunday morning so 24/7 repair service was very important to us. We checked out the yellow pages and online and called Precision. I found Precision while doing an internet search. Precision is a great company to get your work done with. Ron came out quickly to estimate a replacement door and to also replace the overhead opener. Mark showed up a few days later to do the installation. Mark is very professional, friendly and thorough and completed the job on an extremely hot and humid day. If you get a chance to use this team I recommend that you do.

I'm writing this review more than 5 months after the service call because most people are usually satisfied immediately after service is performed, but I wanted to be able to report that my garage door is still operating perfectly and smoothly several months later. Mark came promptly per the scheduled appointment time when I had a garage door that couldn't even be operated manually and was falling (dangerous!) from the top. The opener had completely failed and needed to be replaced and the condition of other parts like bearings and rollers were not good either. So it was a "big job" but I appreciated Mark explaining the problem, the solution(s) and my options. I like asking questions and watching the work during any type of service call as I always learn something new and Mark explained everything to my satisfaction, and he also told me what I could do to keep everything in good working order. It was a very cold February morning but he did everything cheerfully and was very professional, and cleaned up afterwards. I was on that day and still am a satisfied customer today.

Mark was very professional and friendly at the same time. He explained my options for replacing the springs and hardware on my garage door. I made my choice and Mark began working. He replaced both springs and all hardware then checked on my second garage door, all within an hour. He cleaned up his work area, I paid the bill and he was on his way. Purchased new garage doors and new belt drive door opener. Doors are beautiful and I can't believe how quiet the opener is, I almost can't hear it working! Mark did a great job, stayed very professional and pleasant despite working in heat that was probably over 90 degrees. He was very concerned to do a quality installation, which I appreciate.
