The technician sent me a text prior to his arrival, so I knew who’d be coming to my door. When he arrived, he inspected the garage door opener (which was ancient and had broken) as well as the door’s mechanical system, which needed work. He was able to fix the door as well as install a new door opener on the spot, at a fair price. Excellent service, would recommend!

Didnt like the sound of garage door opener..Sadmir checked everything, lubed all, & spotted a hazard w/spring &adjusted.He told me opener was near 30 yr old.Asked if it should be replaced, replied no its still ok but will need eventual replacement . .Didn't try & sell me. T'was the night before Christmas Eve, and all through the garage, not a creature was stirring, not even the Dodge. The tires were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that Santa would fill them with air. When suddenly there arose such a clatter, I ran to the garage to see what is the matter. A main spring snapped along with the cables, and to open the door, I was unable. After being told we could not safely install a second garage door opener by one company, the Precision Door Service tech said, No problem. We didn’t have a door opener purchased (as per the first company), but No problem, the Precision guy did. In about an hour, he had everything installed and the (very old, very heavy solid wood) was door going up and down. Our installer was wonderful and was working with an apprentice, who said he felt lucky to be working with the installer and the company. Perfectly satisfied!
