Tech called to ensure the time was still good, walked me through his inspection and showed me everything he thought that needed to be done to fix the problem and even identified two potential issues. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me.
