This time the technician was very good the prior technician apparently put the wrong springs on for my garage door. This technician was vey thorough and communicated very well that I decided to have an extensive replacement of all hardware though out the door to avoid further problems in the future.

Ron arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem— a faulty keypad on our garage door —within a minute of his arrival. The repair was reasonably priced and completed quickly. Ron was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ron diagnosed and fixed the problem with a sensor on the door that was original to the house (years ago) within minutes. When we eventually needed a new door, we called him. This guy knows everything about garage doors! We will call Precision for all of our garage door needs.

Always great service. Service rep., Felix, was very professional and friendly; his explanation of the problem was clear and the price of the service call was reasonable. He called when he was about 20 min away and I was able to track his location while he was enroute.

My only concern is the online scheduling. When I called to verify the rep said there is nothing showing that I scheduled an appointment. I told her I have the confirmation showing my schedule date and time. Then she was going to schedule me out a week because my Tim was gone. So I was forced to do an emergency call which would have cost me additional $125. I was able to get the call earlier since there was a cancellation. Ron was great and quick. Job well done. Next time I will call for appointment and stay away with the online.

Was little disappointed when I first called the 24 hour emergency number and was told couldn't come out till Jan 2, 2026 when I called Dec 24th. For a 24 hour emergency service thought that was ridulous for a so called 24 hour service

Excellent and thoughtful service by Sean from Precision Door Service. He replaced a failed garage door opening mechanism, after explaining the entire process with honesty and in understandable langauage. The task was completed with 90 minutes. Extremely happy with the outcome.

They arrived on time, Sean was very personable and got right to work with his assistant, and they made a reasonable recommendation and then completed the work promptly and thoroughly. They gave me a very thorough walkthrough of the new system once the work was complete. I would definitely bring them in again, but suspect I won't need to any time soon, given their good work today!

Ron called to let me know he was coming on his way, with about 15 minutes notice. He was courteous, friendly, professional and carefully listened as I described the issue. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within minutes. Additionally he lubricated both garage door openers to be sure they were in good working order. The cost was less than I expected it to be. Excellent business. I highly recommend!

I ordered the service on our 2 garage opening remotes 2 days ago, and wasn’t quite sure if they will show up on Sunday.. The owner himself answered my call. He's a "No B.S" person who -- obviously -- knows Garage Doors and their associated equipment. He suggested I call the original installer for a return visit, and educated me as to the nature of their mistakes. During our conversation he made a few adjustment himself, lubricated the "moving parts", and raised the door opener so it no longer dragged across the body of the door as it went up and down. All this at no charge! If you're looking for competent and honest assessment Precision Garage Door Service is, in my opinion, your best bet.

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. Last week after several attempts it again would not close and could not adjust it, so we called for service. Ron arrived and in several attempts the door closed every time with no problem.
