Garage door springs were adjusted to eliminate the occassional error that comes up when the door is opened saying "excessive force used when opening the door" Only complaint is that a rod was used to hold the shaft while the spring was tightened. The rod pressed against the drywall each time spring was tightened and exerted significant pressure leaving 4 indentations in the drywall on each side. I'll have to spackle and repaint.

It is difficult to find enough adjectives to describe my experience with yesterday's service call. So let's try this: ECSTATIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want specifics, my original appt. was for 5-7 PM on the following day, but he called the day before announcing that he was nearby and could come right over, AND later I found that he had cancelled the previous appt. FOR ME me so that was one less detail to contribute to the TOTAL trauma of a stuck shut garage door. The repair was totally completed in record time and again, I can't stop gushing with relief and enthusiasm over the whole experience with Precision. Thanks again Ron!

A good experience from the very beginning. Call was answered in a friendly and professional manner. Date was scheduled. The next day I had to change the date -- no problem. We have two heavy wooden overhead garage doors that have been in service since long before we bought our home 52 years ago. About 6 years ago we began to have failures in in basic parts including both electric door openers, the cable fastening plates, the wheels that support the doors in their rails, and the main cable pulleys. We have called Precision Garage Door of Rochester three times to diagnose and fix the problems. Their scheduling has been very easy and convenient. Their technicians (most recently Sadmir Hamzic) have been on time, friendly, courteous and competent. They have solved every problem quickly even when special or unusual replacement parts have been needed because of the age of the doors. The cost of repairs has been reasonable. We could not be more pleased.
