I found Precision on Google and decided to use them due to their weekend availability (no other outfit was willing to install a garage door opener on Sunday). Ron arrived on time, made sure my existing garage door was in good working order, explained to me the process of installing the new opener, and 2 hours later, walked me through its operation. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for a reliable service provider.

I highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs and/or installations. The seal on our garage door came completely off. When I chatted online with them, they were excellent. When Drew, our tech, came out, he had all of the information he needed within 15 minutes. Gave us a quote, went to get the parts, and was done within an hour of his second visit. I will refer them to all my friends!

Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! Great, friendly and knowledgeable technician, would definitely call for any future replacement or repairs for my garage door! Thanks Mark!

We had experienced a couple incidences of our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision and they got us scheduled the next day on a Sunday at normal rates even though it was during the weekend. David Mackay was our technician and we considered how much longer we should keep investing in repairs to an approximately 20 year old opener. Just so happened that a friend of mine mentioned that he had a belt opener and was happy with it. From speaking with David, we decided to have a whole new belt opener installed. So thankful to God and happy that we did. David did a wonderful job installing it and finished in a surprisingly quick time. He explained the operation and I was very impressed on how quiet it ran. Thank you David. Also wanted to note that the price of the new opener was very reasonable. Thank you again.

Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. Dave showed me where the issue was. Preformed the new installation and programmed the unit. Tested it before he left. Good Job.

I was very satisfied with precision. I found them the first time about a year ago on angle's list. They fixed my garage door opener. The technicians was very knowledgeable. This last time I had a spring break called precision to have it repaired. They responded quickly to my call, the owner showed up to take a look at everything for me. I ended up getting a new door with that is amazing. Mark our technician was amazing. I would recommend precision for any garage door needs.

my torque/spring bar fail with a broken spring. I call Precision door repair and today Drew Stewart came to my house and put in a new spring/torque system. An expert repair man that knows doors and very much a gentleman. I enjoy people who do no swear. Drew was that kind of man. I would give him a "5" on a scale of one to five. I would recommend Precision Door Company for all your garage door repairs.
