On Jan. 12,2012,I had the pleasure of seeing the work of two good and efficient technicians install my new Amarr steel garage door and my new Marantec belt driven garage door opener. We were happy about the honest assessment of our needs. Ron's truthful assessment was only a repair was needed, not a replacement. We had the door repaired and a new Liftmaster installed. It was exactly as promoted. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs something done to their garage door. I give them 5 stars

Once I found what was wrong with my garage door I figured it would have to be replaced, well Ron came out and said he could fix it at a lot less cost, kind of strange that someone offers help nowdays, anyway, Ron not only fixed the door he pointed out where a previous company had installed the wrong parts and he replaced those as well, being honest the door works better now then ever before. My hats off to Precision Door, I seldom rank companies at the highest as I always feel there is room for improvement but in this case the rating is the best I can give them.

Precision did a great job, they were there at the time they stated and explained everything in full detail. Having discovered a broken spring on my garage door early on a Sunday morning I checked the Yellow pages for a 24 hour service repair company. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 12 and two. Jason Wagar arrived at 11:45. He immediately began recommending the repairs and pointed out problems with my current set up. I gave my OK for his suggestions, and he went about his work. Upon completion he showed me how to test the door for balance and gave me maintenance tips. I am very happy with the service and will recomend your company to my friends. Job well done!!

I was very impressed with Ron's handling of my job. I had an 8:00 estimate scheduled and emphasized that I needed him at my house on time because I had to leave for work. He showed up at 7:50(my kind of guy). On the day the work was scheduled he called me in the morning to let me the time he was coming. I own a small business myself and I appreciate good service. I would recommend Precision to anyone who values their time and wants a good job done. Their price was also very fair, as I obtained many estimates.
