I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of garage door service. Eric was here tonight for a few hours repairing my door with new springs and modifying an odd apparatus that was installed by the previous owner to open a double-sized door from one side. The normal access to the springs and opening equipment was almost inaccessible. He had to permanently modify his tools to accommodate my abnormal door, and without hesitation, he cut off lengths of his torque release/tension rods in order to release/apply tension to the springs. I really appreciated his upbeat attitude and determination through some unforeseen challenges to complete the job! He was extremely professional, and will request him specifically to perform all my garage door service from now on. Thanks a bunch!

Eric was here in 45 min to do emergency repair on the broken spring. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and had attention to detail...he checked both garage doors. The online coupon was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend Precision to others!

I chose Precision as I had used them before. I was a little disappointed to find out that the springs that I had installed in 2011 were rated for up/down cycles and not a timeframe, but that makes sense, and this door gets a lot of use. Since I had used them before I was not aware that there was a $20 coupon on the web site for the exact service I was having done. I called about the coupon and they honored it after the fact. The tech who performed the service was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable.

Eric came to check out my garage door opener since I was having periodic problems with it closing. He discovered the problem...sensitive eye sensors that had a few cobwebs and while he was here he tightened some screws, oiled the system and installed a short rope that will make it easier for me if I ever have to disengage the door from the opener. Eric is very professional, courteous, cheerful and a great asset to Precision. ...and did I forget to mention, he is a great dog lover!!! :-)
